“We had a generac generator that had a shorted Stator/ rotor. Which was NLA from generac. We sent Eurton both them from alabama all the way to cali! It Did take the projected 2 weeks, BUT they informed me that they were short staffed just like we are. But Charley Always answered the phone and got me answers in suitable timeframes. We got back our parts and they worked like a charm! Thank you guys!”
