My recent experience at Elite Pro Boxing in Santa Fe Springs left me both exhilarated and impressed. I had the privilege of taking a two-week course with David, and let me tell you, his high-intensity training is the real deal.David's approach to training is nothing short of remarkable. His high-energy sessions pushed me to my limits and helped me discover new levels of strength and endurance. The intensity of the workouts is undoubtedly effective, but I must admit that there were moments when it felt almost too challenging. However, I appreciate the fact that David tailors his training to individual capabilities, ensuring that everyone can benefit and progress at their own pace.Beyond the intense workouts, what truly sets Elite Pro Boxing apart is the genuine love I have for this gym. The camaraderie among members and the welcoming atmosphere make every visit feel like coming home. From the moment I walked in, I was met with smiles and encouragement from both staff and fellow participants. The positive energy is infectious, creating an environment where pushing your limits becomes an empowering and enjoyable experience. One aspect that stands out about Elite Pro Boxing is their commitment to cleanliness and organization. The facility is meticulously maintained, reflecting the team's dedication to providing a safe and hygienic environment. This attention to detail is a testament to their professionalism and the care they have for their members' well-being.In conclusion, Elite Pro Boxing in Santa Fe Springs has undoubtedly left a lasting impression on me. From David's high-intensity training that pushes boundaries to the warm and welcoming community that supports each other, this gym has become a place where fitness goals are met with passion and camaraderie. While the workouts can be demanding, the sense of accomplishment and the connections forged make every drop of sweat worth it. I wholeheartedly recommend Elite Pro Boxing to anyone seeking an exceptional fitness journey combined with a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.

This gym is the real deal! This is a True Boxing gym. No shortcuts here. Coach Rene is awesome! He will teach you and work you to become a great boxer! He trains pro and amateur fighters and really loves what he does! Stop by and ask for Rene and get ready to work out! Brought my kid here. Instructors were good but some of the classes were a little tough for someone so young. Maybe I will come back.

Damn , coming for another Edit. I haven't logged onto yelp in a long time and happen to come across the owners response after my first review. (His reply gave about 4 years after) so I decided to wait the same ;) I got a response from the owner himself! Word for Word right here. "Steve R. if your to lazy to walk in the gym, mostly likely you wouldnt like it here people run in." I actually did go in there since no body ever gave me a response. I looked at the classes , got the class schedule , and never went back. Pretty glad I didn't. Thats your coach ladies and gentlemen.

went here for about a month last year. first off, the good: it's definitely a great workout. you'll be sweating like crazy and you'll burn tons of calories. it's also great work for building your cardiovascular endurance. they mean it when they say they'll give you a great workout. the bad: some bad quality control for the instructors. there was this one instructor who was giving extremely incorrect advice for footwork. his son was a part of the class too and a really good fighter as well. his son looked at the footwork i was practicing and told me that his father (the instructor) was incorrect in the advice he gave me, and the son told me the right way to do it. the son's way immediately felt much more natural and looked way more correct, and much closer to what you see in professional boxing fights. there is a problem with quality control in the instructor when the instructor's son has to point out to me that his father's instructions were wrong. especially when you're paying $150 a month for incorrect instruction. for that price, i'd expect top tier instructors, or at least instructors that don't mess up something as simple as footwork. aside from that, the place is very clean, the owner is a super nice and humble guy, and there's a real sense of family there. if you want a good workout, then this really is a great place. if you want to learn proper boxing technique, maybe look somewhere else.

Very bad experience. I took my 5 year old son here in hopes he could try out a class. The coach said he wouldn’t be allowed to, that he has to sit quiet for an hour and then he would be able to participate. Ok no problem, my son is well behaved. As I’m walking over to sit down with my son he stops me and says “I can already tell he’s too little” and asks my son how old he is. My son didn’t respond cause he was shy. He pointed to another 5 year old in his class and said he’s advanced for his age, implying my son isn’t. He then said “that’s it, that was the test. He can’t do the class.” He literally gave him no chance whatsoever. It went from the test being him having to watch an entire class, to him having to leave within a minute simply because he didn’t say his age. My son is very athletic and smart, just shy. They’re incredibly rude. We rode away in the car with my son being very sad and him asking us why they didn’t let him box.

Coach Steve Rodarte is an amazing coach...when we first went to the gym my son was too young to start he was 5.. We waited until he was old enough to pay attention and to spar .. by age 7 he was ready to go! He learned so much about himself here and coach steve has many people who have nothing but good remarks about him... when we wear our shirts we wear them with pride! And we get stopped all the time because people know and i have friends who came to Elite when they were youg and have great memories of their experience here.. All the Coaches here are amazing, dedicated and are ready to condition you you and your kids will hve a great experiance here.. and if you want to go pro and you have what it takes! I highly recommend the Coaches here! They are not just Coaches but have also been Pro boxers as well... thank You for being such an amazing gym!
