Not trying to follow up with doctors to get forms medicare requires. They tell patients to pay cash instead.

Julie, I can not say enough about my positive experience at Elixair. This was the third supplier I tried and wish I had found them sooner. We had a script for a hospital bed for my Uncle, who resides at a assisted living facility in Van Nuys. I called and spoke with Sam and another lady who were very helpful and directed me to Julie. The Dr. script was not properly completed and Julie had to make several calls to the Dr. to get this through. I am on the east coast and with the time zone change, Julie was such a huge help with this process. I also have to give a huge shout out to the man that delivered and set up bed. I will certainly recommend Elixair and thank you again for making this happen so quickly.Christina in New York

I LOVEEE THEM!!! I SPOKE TO LUIS, AURELIA, JULIE AND SAM!!! THEY WILL GO WAY BEYOND TO GET THINGS DONE! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, VERY COOPERATIVE AND HELPFUL!!. I HOPE ALL MEDICAL FACILITIES HAVE THIS WORK ETHIC, ESPECIALLY DURING THIS PANDEMIC TIME. BECAUSE WE ARE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER AND OUR GOAL IS TO HELP OUR PATIENT AS OPTIMAL AS WE CAN! I purchased a low profile motorized hospital bed for my disabled mother almost a year ago from Sam with Elixair Medical. The purchasing experience was excellent. Sam communicated choices, availability, pricing and the delivery process very clearly and was able to provide answers to all my questions. He also thoroughly explained the benefits of renting versus purchasing. I wanted a brand new bed, so I purchased it. Nick with Elixair Medical delivered the bed as scheduled, set it up quickly and provided a short tutorial on how to operate and adjust bed to different positions. All was was well. but almost a year later we had a safety issue with the bed due to a defective part. Nick again came out within a day to remove the defective part, take it back to his shop for a quick repair so the bed would function again and within the same day came back out to install it, ensuring my mother would not experience any discomfort. A new part was ordered and upon arrival Sam/Nick made arrangements to install the new bed part around my mom's sleeping hours. Great service.

No wonder why they had such a bad reviews. I had a bad experience from this company. They are terrible! Victor who is the name whose in charged of the Hospital Bed I am requesting for my mother from them in replace from the current bed she has now, but unfortunately, I've been working with them since months!! talking about months and months! ( Approved from dr's request) as matter fact. theyNever return calls, never follow up to the doctor's office...never response to anything! What made me dissapointed also, the fact that I've been telling them how uncomfortable my mother, they dont care and it seems didnt care at all. Terrible!! Terrible! Bad Customer service, Bad attitude. I will never recommend this company. Bad choice if you'll encounter them. I had to contact the main office and complaint because this yelp is not enough.
