I recently rented a truck from Enterprise and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rental process was smooth and efficient. The truck was in good condition and served my needs perfectly. The price was also very reasonable. Overall, I would highly recommend this Enterprise location for anyone in need of a rental truck. They made the process stress-free and provided excellent customer service.

called for a simple truck rental per day quote , inexperience agent made excuses and wanted to give a grand total and wanted additional information once I told him I just need a quote no need to get into all the details if I don't like the price he just hung up , I guess I just hurt his feelings .

Brenda from Enterprise Truck Rental in Santa Fe Springs is great. She took care of me from giving me a quotation, to making a reservation, and to picking up the truck. Then, Darren took care of me when I returned the truck rental because Brenda was off that day. Darren did an inspection of the truck and informed me that the crack on the windshield will be covered by the insurance I had purchased from them. He did the report and gave me a copy in case the insurance company contacts me for more information. Both Brenda and Darren were professionals from start to finish. Now I know why they have a 4-1/2 star rating. I am giving them 5 out of 5 star rating myself. I will definitely go back to Enterprise Truck Rental in Santa Fe Springs for my future truck-rental needs and will surely recommend them to others. Thanks, Enterprise.

Left me without a truck even though I had a reservation and called in advance to confirm it. Thanks a whole lot for the customer service. Never recommending or using enterprise again. Waste of time and money

Well my truck was in the shop and i needed to rent a truck so i could still take my trip to mammoth .. called got pricing from ashley who was fast n friendly and set up an appointment to pick up when i needed it .. when in to pick up the truck a week later and had a slight hiccup with the one i had selected due to a dirty back seat , Ashley quickly brought out another truck and we swapped it out with ease .. returned truck after they had closed and called to make sure we were all good and alex took care of the receipt and even gave me a discount for the issue we had at the start of the rental .. thanks alex its good to see that people still take care of their customers .. easy and friendly staff with good customer service thats a win win in my eyes ..

I returned a cargo van in good condition on Friday. And on Tuesday 1030 PM I received an email from their Damage Recovery Unit that the location filed a damage or loss to the vehicle I rented. The letter did not specify what specific damage or loss it was. They also sent the letter late at night which does not allow me to get clarification of what that was. All I know is I returned a van the same condition as we picked it up. They could have called me on Saturday, Monday or Tuesday if there were any concerns. This just displays lack of communication on their part. And this just left me worried and sleepless. Moreover, I even called on a Monday to reserve another van and Duron, the person I spoke with previously (for the first rental) did not even mention anything about a claim or any concern they had with my rental. So let's see what this is... I tried calling their customer service, nothing in file states any claim. So that was helpful. So please be careful when you rent here. Maybe you will need to take a video of the vehicle before you drive it out because their staff may not be reliable in documentation or checking condition of the vehicle on pick up and arrival, therefore prior damage maybe blamed on you. Whatever it is they're claiming damaged or loss, I wish they settle or communicate to me during business hours. Not all people cannot take another thing to worry about aside from other things in life.
