Chip/Jack did a great job replacing our old skylight with Velux skylights. Very responsive on getting us an initial estimate and also getting them installed a few weeks ahead of schedule.Quick / clean installation and everything is working well.

Worst customer service. I called a year ago and Jack was very helpful. Seems like he has since checked out and you have to deal with a total j*** named Chip. They act as though they are doing you an enormous favor by completing the job you paid for. I would avoid.

They did a good job and communicated well and installed a big custom skylight with a crane for us.
