“The staff at this location are always very organized, the associates are friendly, and they acknowledge you immediately once you come to the door, even if they're assisting a customer. They work efficiently, and are all knowledgeable; they've never made a mistake, if they have questions, they ask the senior personnel. I've never had an issue at that location. It's my favorite UPS store.”

“These guys go above and beyond in service but that's only the cherry on top to this one stop shop.
We've been using their service for years whether it be for sending packages or getting things notarized.
I decided to write this review today because I needed to have something shipped via FedEx but also needed a custom sized box for another shipment.. I scheduled it out as a stop at FedEx then another stop at UPS. Only then did it occur to me to go here instead. They shipped my FedEx shipment no problem and even cut a box down to size for the other shipment I needed.
Great value as a business concept with added 5 star customer service. Couldn't be happier! Glad they're right around the corner from me.”

“Called today and Yee answered the phone about a poster tube.
Yee was very professional and polite. She said she had one and if i lived close by I can take a look.
10 mins later she showed me the triangular flat poster tube, it was initially bigger than we expected but we also didn't know our dimensions. Yee gave us a great idea about cutting the cardboard.

Every time I come in these two girls, Leilani and Doris, are the best. They work super hard and I honestly think they deserve raises or a bonus, something.
