“I placed an order with them and it was explained to me how long it would take and how it would arrive. When nothing showed up within the time frame told to me, I called to check. Whoever I spoke to could find no evidence of any order I placed. Of course, I was frustrated and ended up just hanging up, since I've had to deal with a lot of businesses who don't come through. To my surprise, about a week later, my order shows up along with a letter stating that Brian had sent my order free to me to make up for the mix up. I thought that was definitely customer service! How many places ever really care that much? So, I was VERY pleased in the end.”
“I've wanted an old tanker desk for years. Retro Office has a ton of inventory of every style or variation you could want. Of course they had mine in stock and gave me a custom finish and top to match my decor. Took about two weeks. Delivery went smoothly as well. I was concerned because I have a tight corner and narrow doorway but the guys got it in with no problems. 10/10 would recommend.”
