I would stay away from this pharmacy. They think the worst of their patients who are very sick. Home health is in place so very ill people don’t have to get treatment in large facilities around other people. This pharmacy is constantly interfering with doctor’s orders, getting in the doctor’s ear and having the doctor change the patient’s orders... nobody discusses the situation with the patient. With home health safety kits should be sent out with every treatment- this pharmacy fails to do that. If the patient has a reaction or dies not only will the pharmacy get sued, so will the doctor. This behavior also puts the nurse in a bad situation- how can they save / help the patient with no safety kit? There are plenty of pharmacies that follow protocol to keep patients safe- this place is not one of them. I would encourage people to go to a pharmacy where interaction with staff is easy ( that doesn’t happen here) and there is transparency with regard to communication between pharmacy, patient, and doctor. This way the patient can tell the doctor what is actually happening. What are they hiding and why? Steer clear of option care. They don’t protect your health and safety. Choose another pharmacy.

This place is a disaster! Corporate does not care about its patients, but only cares about its bottom line. It is highly understaffed, and ran by a manager (Esther Kim) who has 0 skills in management. She has hired mostly asians only and barley a few other races. Every employee there is highly stressed and most them are lookin for new jobs because of the manager. It seems like every few weeks the wrong meds are sent to the wrong patient, which is scary because someone can die if administering the wrong medication. PleAse look else where for your home infusion needs, such as Coram Infusion, Premier Infusion or anything else at that matter. Trust me you do not want work for them or be serviced by them!

These people are absolute monsters who nearly put me in a grave and they don't deserve any stars! My doctor's office hired them to facilitate my use of a TPN solution system after my hospitalization; a nurse was to come to my home every few days to change out IV tubes and monitor my health. Before long, they switched to 'once per week' nursing visits, insisting that I, the patient, had to manage the PICC line in my arm on my own in between visits--even after a nurse noted that the line was too short for me to manage. (That's why THEY were hired to do it)! The plastic tubing broke within a week and they refused to come out until the next service day, even when the doctor who hired them demanded that they do so per their own 'emergency basis' clause. When the nurse finally arrived four days later, she flushed the deadly bacteria that had built up in that line DIRECTLY INTO MY BLOODSTREAM! I nearly died in the hospital that afternoon and spent the next three weeks fighting for my life due to septicemia poisoning. All of this nightmar was down to Option Care's cost-cutting technique of cutting back on nursing services to make the CEO rich. They don't care about patients' lives, knowing that even if they kill you, you cannot sue for anything more than $250,000 in Malpractice compensation. Your life means absolutely NOTHING to them! DO NOT HIRE THESE HORRIBLE PEOPLE!

The nursing department is overworked and understaffed. Scheduling with one nurse is sketchy. If your elderly parent, child, or you are used to one nurse be aware they can rip that nurse away and send you someone from a 'nursing service' and that is not favorable in most cases for the patient. My nurses are overworked, stressed and run ragged. Bogged down with paper-work etc. Apparently something at the top is broken. Other infusion center nursing staff use computers. They still hand write their charts. Two of my nurses have resigned! I am very upset. I am considering other infusion services. Be proactive in your healthcare and go where there are better reviews and STABILITY.

Let me start off by saying that one star is far to much for this company. I would give negative stars if I could. Their customer service is awful, from getting started, to scheduling to all the many problems we have had with their billing. This place is incompetent to say the least, an absolute nightmare. The entire process was difficult, however it was the problem with billing that really earned them this bad review. I have two very good insurances that supplement each other Tricare and Medicare, however, I received a bill for $359. I have been getting these treatments for over 10 years and never have I ever been charged until I came across this company. I called Medicare and they told me that the treatment was billed incorrectly and they needed to submit the bill to them again. I called option care many times and the customer service was awful, they would not even listen to me. I even got hung up on a couple of times. I told them what Medicare said and they did nothing about it. I then asked to speak to a supervisor and they transferred me to Arturo. He asked me to call him back so we can do a three way call with Medicare, I have been calling him and leaving messages over this last week and I have yet to get a call back. Well I am tired of waiting and I am paying the damn bill as we speak because I have excellent credit and I'm not going to ruin it for these people. I will suggest to all who are reading this to avoid this company at all cost.

I have been an infusion patient of Crescent Healthcare for about 9 years, and the service was excellent until they were taken over by Option Care several years ago. Since Option Care got involved, all aspects of the process, from scheduling the appointment, to delivery of medication has become ridiculous and inconvenient. After years of having the medication delivered to my home in the morning( I work in the afternoon ), I am now told by the pharmacy personnel that it is "too difficult to make deliveries in the morning" and that "the only delivery time is between 4pm and 6 pm." Which meant that I had to have the medication delivered to my place of work, which I am not comfortable with. Scheduling the appointment was a nightmare. After being passed around between multiple people who kept promising to call me back ( they didn't), I finally got the appointment set after 7 days. They claimed that the only way they could get me in in the morning was for me to come in on a Sat at 9:30 (my infusion takes around 5 hrs),so I set the appointment even though for years I have coming in on my day off in the morning. So, I showed up this morning at 9:10 for my 9:30 appointment only to find the door locked and a lady sitting outside who told me that her appointment had been for 9am. She called Option Care. The nurse did not arrive until 10am; no apologies, explanations . I will finish my treatment this time with OptionCare, but will probably go back to Hoag Hospital from now on. They really need to get a new phone system. Their employees were constantly complaining about "the bad connection" while I was talking to them. It's very annoying.

I am a caregiver of a child that is a hard stick, we just love Veronica! She always manages to take care of her and start a new line as needed. She is very attentive to my granddaughter and that makes a big difference as a child with a medical condition. I highly recommend Veronica for all your medical needs.

My mother received a call from a “customer service†person in an out of state call center from this company. She demanded personal information regarding (including ssn) my late father without giving any details about the alleged charge or stating the date of the service provided (turned out it was a $32 bill from June of 2015). She was rude, unprofessional and abrasive.
