Logan is great with his customer service skills :) Answered all my questions, came to install my unit at home, and was very patient with me on teaching me how to use the unit. The process of inquiry to assembly of the unit was great overall. Thank you Logan for all your help!

Excellent product, and even better customer service. Katherine not only got on face time to walk me though the setup instructions but also asked her backend team to develop a video to give me fully customized instructions for my situation.
