Only to get to the location and do it ALL AGAIN. Pointless. Waste of time for me and your personnel too. Probably this comment will be pointless as well. Just wasting my time again.”

“Tay (from the U-Haul in Paramount/Long Beach) was AMAZING!!! I’m so grateful she was there to help us!! Moving is a lot, and you’re bound to forget things… I forgot the locks on our U-Haul boxes (which were already up and loaded!) Thankfully, Tay was SUPER understanding and EXTREMELY helpful! So much so that when TWO of my locks didn’t work, she gave me replacements! I just can’t express how grateful I am that she was so willing to not only bring down one box, but THREE boxes because I couldn’t remember which one wasn’t locked. So amazing!!! What started as a bad day ended great with her kindness! Thank you, Tay!!! We are so appreciative!!!”
“As I need to get emergency gas asap I had no choice but to stop by this location. As you can see all the gas pumps are open. They both focus on regular gas and even diesel. They are some pumps just focused on diesel especially for the truck drivers this is a good location for you guys. As for me I got regular gas. And they also have the stuff for you to clean your car if needed. It is a small location btw.

“This place is the real deal honest and they actually know what they are doing which makes a huge diffrence. I was nervous about driving up from Long Beach for tire service but they got me in and out in under an hour, and the price was way less than what my usual place charges.
The guy at the counter gave me some solid advice about extending the life of my current set since winter is coming up and it was nice he didnt just try to upsell me everything.
Now im sitting here two weeks later and the van rides smoother than it has in years and the alignment actually held. Definately driving back here for my next set no question.”

“I'm not sure there's anything that could be done to improve on what was a great experience at this U-Haul location. I had reserved the pickup truck online the day before, so the wait was minimal and very fast! The U-Haul customer assistance/sales/rental agent onsite, Joanne Inouye was very professional, personable, friendly and expeditious in her role there. I hope I remembered her first name correctly! :p Last name is definitely correct because we talked about the two Inouye sisters I went to high school with years ago and thought she may be related, but no. lol....
Overall a great experience!!”

“I have never had a storage facility that was more understanding, helpful, & all around caring for my situation, my needs, & constantly kept in contact with me whenever I was falling behind on my payments. And I always forget the extremely nice blonde lady's name it's either Shannon. Or Sharron but her & of course Ray r AMAZING people. They were ALWAYS SO helpful & kind. I've had A LOT of storage units throughout my adult life & I give these guys & this specific storage unit a 10 out of 5. Thank u guys for ALL of ur help & ur AMAZING service while I had my stuff stored safely at ur facility.”

I need to give a shout out to the bellflower facility on roseceans the helper there can’t speak and I think he’s def but man he puts the smack down to get you hooked up and on your way asap two thumbs up for all the hard work he dose.”
“Great customer service, i came here to get propane tanks refilled and the guy helping me out answered all my questions and explained how to check if my tanks were still good. I would definitely recommend this spot for anyone needing propane as they can actually refill your tanks as opposed to gas stations that only carry prefilled tanks with no guarantee of whether or not they will have filled ones available.”
“The only thing about this location is it is VERYYYYY hard to get approved for a truck. But once approved they will make sure yu get the truck yu need. Also this location always has a lot of options and I believe this is because it's so hard to be approved. You have to do everything through the online portal so it's a little complicated and tedious. Listen I got my truck today completely on empty. What a waste of miles having to get gas first but UHaul secret; return the truck on 1/4 tank and you get a $57.50 credit added to your bill!!!!! Overall it's decent minus the online agent requesting 7 selfies because you have a hair scarf on. Nevermind the pic of your drivers license you just provided. Whooo Compton lol”
