On 11/28/2023 I submitted an order for real estate signs. I had taken the time and effort to select and customize the signs to my requirements. Selected the shipping requirement, submitted the order, and received an invoice on the pending purchase. The next day I received a call confirming my order and stating they were sending my payment invoice. The invoice was $40.00 over what my order invoice stated. I called and was told that their website was being updated and the prices were not correct. This was never mentioned or posted anywhere. I had to call to find out. That felt like a bait-and-switch to me. I called back again to complain, but the answer was too bad you have to pay the difference. So the burden for their misrepresentation was on the customer. If your prices are incorrect, why would you allow customers to continue to order under false price assumptions? When I spoke to them about it, the answer was, sorry about the website, but you have to pay the additional cost. I canceled the order, not because of the price, but because that's not the way to do business. If you are going to run a business on the internet, Keep up with your price changes or honor what you have presented to the public. Don't waste the public's time. This is being posted as a warning to others. How can you trust a business where what you see is not what you get?

Quality is always the best! Service is very fast considering there are a lot of people. Value is worth it. Since the last month that we were here, they added a self service buffet of side dishes and miso soup, rice and veggies. Also, from the kitchen, you order the beef brisket and beef belly. The other meats, you can pick it up yourself. Hence the cost did go up by $2.00.

I always love coming here it's like going to a toy store but it's for realtors with their business products and signs and the service is impeccable. The staff is friendly the pricing especially is competitive and it always seems to be the best if you're a realtor you need to come here and order your signs. I've been coming here for many years and it's worth it.

Well, I called Rapido again yesterday 2/21 around 11am to request to speak to a Manager and was guaranteed that I would receive a call back. today is 2/22/22, and I am still waiting on that call from the Manager regarding my issue. Let me know how important I am. Right?? I was told that "I though you spoke with the Manager? I received a call on the 16th informing me that I would be receiving a credit of $45 for the installation of the sign, for my inconvenience, and that the sigh would be put there that day, Which did not happen again. And, I still have not received the refund. Apparently, the person who called about the refund, was the Manager who did not identify himself as such. if he had, I would have voiced my opinion. My For Sale Sign was just put up this past Saturday 2/18 and it did not include the attachment for Flyers; which I specifically asked and confirmed that the sign would include it. I was sick this past weekend and when I felt better. I called my client to make sure he put the Flyers in the compartment on the For Same Sign. My Seller told me that there is no compartment. So, I called Rapido, yesterday and it's always "I don't know what happened." This is totally embarrassing to me, because it a reflection of my business choice. I was referred there, so, My Seller understood. But is very disappointed in Rapido Service. My Seller asked me "How long have you been using this Company?" And I told the Seller "This was my 1st time." And The Seller said, "Well, I hope it's your last." At this point, I am still being inconvenienced, and should be given a Full Refund!!!! How can so many errors continue to happen and they think it's ok to keep say "I'm Sorry." Sorry was when the sign was not put up by 2/7/23. And I Need my other 2 Signs that I HAD to Pay for. Product was Good, Service was HORRIBLE!

Jaime velarde is AMAZING! I'm new to the industry of real estate so his knowledge came in handy! I was honest and stated "I would be shopping his prices compared with others due to the fact of my personal budget" he politely asked who I was comparing to and realized the others were not local and could cost more due to shipping and turn around on order. And he was also aware of my rush!, and got me my 13 open house signs in 1 DAY!!! He gave me such a great experience as a business and a realtor on THE FIELD! It would have been very challenging to only depend on the MLS marketing for advertisement. Thanks for you help! Also Jaime doesn't skip leg day

It needs to be way less than one star. I placed a horrible review a little over a year ago. I never posted this. Every bad review is spot on. WATCH YOUR ACCOUNTS!After fighting to get our money back and informing them our attorney would reach out, they refunded our money. (it took months).A couple of months later they BILLED our account again and TOOK out the money!They are thieves and rude as heck! You're supposed to fix your mistakes not steal from customers because YOU made a mistake.To top it off they avoid you when you walk into the store. They send a small child out to tell you they are not there. (Child labor laws)

This place is a joke. They can't even get the correct spelling!! BIG RED FLAG! If they can't spell Simple words when given the business card to directly copy off from. Tried to give them a chance to make things right and I got attitude and avoidance. My last sign was handed to me by a 5yr old not cool! Please do better!!!

I don't even want to leave them any stars. My order was entered incorrectly, and when I asked them to correct the issue they lied and said that it was done when it wasn't and kept promising me that it would be corrected and it never happened! My clients are upset because it appears as though they are selling the home that they just purchased. I will never use or recommend this company again!
