Dude idk wut the heck Helen's problem is but she shouldn't treat customers like criminals the whole time I was in the store she was breathing down my neck so I have a baseball hat on is that wrong I just got out of a real bad relationship n he left me wit a black eye if she really wants to be so nosey I shouldn't feel like I'm doing anything wrong wen I'm shopping SMH

This Ross was fully stocked but a lot of the clothing was outdated. The store was clean with plenty of staff to assist. They did not have many home pictures to choose from or mirrors. Prices are reasonable. Overall, it's a great place to shop for bargains.

Customer service is HUGE!!! Been shopping here for years. I will NEVER be back!! When there isn't a label on item they use the bar code or charge based on a like item. Today, I was going to buy 3 exercise mats 2 priced at 10.99 and 1 at 12.99 the manager, Helen, said she wouldn't price match. This is bait and switch and it's illegal! They lost a sale! Redicoulous!
