This place doesn't even deserve one star. I wish I could put NO STARS! They have no compassion or empathy for patients. Never received supplies on time. They always blamed the Insurance or Drs office. I called all parties involved and the ones at fault were always them. I even went as far as saying so you guys don't care about the patient? And they responded unfortunately that's right! That answer left me speechless! Do not do business with this company. Please save yourself the headache and stress.

My God I agree with 90% of these other reviews this place is terrible I have an ostomy bag supplies show up intermittently they'll leave something out for instance the other day they left out some skin prep they said I will ship it out tomorrow they said they shipped it out they said it got delivered it never got delivered they're telling me it was on my front porch and I know damn well it's not

I am so disappointed with the lack of service that I have received from Shield HealthCare. My disabled brother has needed to utilize this service for incontinent supplies for several years. Things seem to run smoothly until a couple of months ago when I noticed the Auto shipment of supplies did not arrive. I made several calls requesting the shipment and was informed that they would be delivered to our address as usual but they never arrived. Upon contacting them a week ago I was told that the doctor had not refilled the prescription. I inquired as to why I have not been notified. I was told that I would receive a courtesy two packages until they could contact the doctor and get the prescription taken care of. That package also never arrived today I spoke with someone who apologized and said that they had just received the prescription order from the doctor and the supplies will be taken care of. My issue is with the coronavirus I am unable to leave my home with my disabled brother to obtain what he needs. The person on the phone just blew me off and said I should receive the order within 2 to 5 days. Sometimes it just doesn't seem like anyone cares anymore.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! They have horrible customer service. A bunch of insensitive people who work there. Can’t get my supplies on time. Ever! Don’t use this company.

Horrible alwAys switching up delivery dates and never ship when supposed to never gets the package to my residence on Time and these are pull up for incontinence for my son and because of their horrible lack of supply on time he keeps running out

Shield Healthcare was truly amazing! Even though they could not accept my partners' PPO insurance, they called different places for me and then gave me an Emergency Kit, to help us, while we waited for Stoma Pouches, etc. I was so moved by this gesture of kindness and compassion, as this was very new and scary for us both. Thank you Shield Healthcare for providing such superior Customer Support.
