Needed some piping to replace my cats in a hurry. Tosh helped me well above and beyond that of ANY online shop I have ever dealt with (better than z1, and a few other major retailers!) Very nice Tsudo Catback exhaust for the IS350. Really well-designed flanges for a snug fitment. Very good sound and insane value for the price.

Great service, pretty quick shipping and helpful people. My order was having trouble but they were quick to respond and help, definitely recommend. The only downside is my item had scratches and scuffs on it but it’s probably the delivery’s fault. Photo of just one corner but it doesn’t matter much.

The tsudo midpipe for my 2016 Lexus IS300 awd is of best quality and beautiful craftsmanship and heavy duty. Cooked with all the parts needed including the gaskets which are also off excellent quality! I highly recommend this product. Customer service is prompt and full of courtesy. A very knowledge group of people. (My phone isn't letting me add photos)

Speed Element has the best.. GREATEST.. customer service ever. Had to wait 5 months for headers. When they finally came in, they were defected. SE immediately sent me a return label and as soon as I dropped it off at FedEx, they shipped out a replacement.

Fast shipping, good quality, and great communication! I bought a vented carbon fiber hood from these people last week and it was confirmed in stock, shipped, and arrived within a week! Unheard of considering how pathetic most of the other auto parts manufacturing companies are when it comes to communication. This is a safe company to buy from, fair prices, and I didn’t once feel like they were going to scam me. Thank you for caring about your customers and your image, very rare a company takes pride in what they do in this greedy economy!

Awesome company! I messaged the Facebook page and they responded almost instantly about a part I was looking for (and late on a Friday too). I placed the order and they shipped it out that Friday as well. Received a few days later with some sweet stickers and swag! Love it and thanks for a great purchase! :)

Ordered a downpipe from these guys and they were awesome. They Didn’t have the downpipe in stock but went out of there way to find one for me and got it shipped out with a label in 30 minutes. Great company with great customer service highly suggest for anyone wanting to buy products from these guys.

Owner is very down to earth and willing to answer questions at all times of the day. Will definitely buy from these guys again. If you take a look at their less than stellar reviews , you will see that he tries to make things right when their are issues. Can't unfortunately make everyone happy but I've been content with my communications with him. Don't hesitate to trust these guys. Won't be disappointed.

I purchased a set of drag wheels from this company. I use the hubcentric rings and even brought the car to the dealership to try to resolve the problem. No matter what I did the car would shake. A dealership confirmed the wheels were bad as they even replaced them with stock wheels to road test a second time. Sure enough it was the wheels. I spent countless hours and money trying to rectify and prove to speed element that they were defective and they were unwilling to make it right.
