“Found this spot on FB marketplace and was excited that they were local. Shop is in industrial center but easy to find with the big banner outside with plenty of parking. If you're looking for hex dumbbells, they have all sizes and are $1.70 per pound which is 10-30 cents cheaper than I've seen elsewhere. They also have Olympic style bars and plates, cages and stretchy bands of various sizes and types of material. I think it was the owner who helped us out and he was a super cool dude so we were happy to buy from him but we did so without price checking first. We were slightly overcharged so I would recommend confirming cost before you pay. No biggie though, he refunded us as soon as it was brought to his attention. Simple mistake...”

“I worked with Brian Ren in recently purchasing my Mezz cue. I've seen other reviews here on his customer service, but I actually appreciate his direct and no BS manner. Also given how cue buyers generally are (I've sold on the private market quite a few times) you're always going to have "tire kickers" and lowballers that ask a ton of questions without the intention of buying unless they can get 50% off.He responded to my emails on a Saturday night, gave me a great price, and shipped out Monday. Had the cue in my hands by Thursday and love it. Also noted that J&J seems to be one of the few Authorized Mezz new cue dealers left (other than Mezz USA itself)... other places have older models that are often out of stock.I've recommended J&J to my friends for their next cue purchase.”

I stopped by and had a warranty exchange and the process easy the customer service rep named Riley was very helpful he took my rods and dissappeared around the corner to show the rod builders... I do wish they had a lobby (I stood there in the middle of a hallway) or somewhere to sit as I stood there and other workers kept coming out of the back looking at me and asking why I'm there? ... I had to explain myself to 3 other people who didn't even help me and they went back to whatever they were doing... lastly a gentleman named Matt came out and was very helpful answering my questions about rod differences and material used to make certain rods.. good experience overall this company backs the quality of their rods and they make it right with the customer for any manufacturer defect ...I will continue to enjoy the experience fishing with these amazing rods and will continue to support and recommend Phenix rods to all of my anglers... thank you for the customer service today!”
