“I wanted to highlight the employees at this specific location. I’ve been to other stores around the area and the service isn’t always as warm and intended as here. This time around I was helped by Joey and Esteban, one of them helped me gather my son some shoes and he was amazing providing me education on the shoes and differences between them. He was unbothered by our request to try on multiple sizes and was very warming when talking to my son. This made what I thought would be a stressful situation turn into a pleasant experience. We also walked over to the kids section and the other employee assisted me with gathering another pair of shoes for my daughter. He was quick efficient and offered other attachments, and extended help. We left happy, quickly, without feeling overwhelmed and stressed so thank you for that.”

“Outstanding customer service without a doubt. Upon walking in I had an employee immediately greet me & help assist me in finding out what fitted cap size I was (which was my whole point in going in the first place) & what possible merchandise I was interested in & even went out of his way into the back to check stock in a certain cap that wasn’t available in my size out front. Was also very professional in helping me correctly complete my information for the sewing machine that’s an additional charge that isn’t nothing if you can afford it. The employee who assisted me throughout my whole purchase even held onto the merchandise I had purchased for me while I went to BJ’s while they worked on the embroidery I had paid extra for. Definitely gonna be a repeat customer in the future to come. Keep up the excellent work !!”

“Me and my boyfriend came in not knowing what we wanted to purchase so naturally we were trying on all kinds of shoes. Tee was able to help me and my boyfriend with all our shoe requests as well as helped other customers and didn't once make us feel like we were being neglected. He did not miss a beat. Exceptional service on such a busy day. We wound up purchasing 2 pairs of Presto Reacts. Happy customers for sure!!”
