“I’m very old so shopping for comfortable shoes is always such a hassle!! Especially with back pain. Luckily, I came across this footlocker location which is huge with so many varieties of apparel and shoes that I found great. I bought some onclouds with the help of an amazing employee, I do not recall her name but to my attention she was wearing a headscarf with a Lebanon pin on her lanyard. That is all I remember besides her name. She was great and brought out many size options for me when I was having a hard time finding my size so thank you very much to the kind young lady for your patience. Overall good customer service and experience. The generous Arab young lady who helped me was gorgeous. Salute to all the employees.”
“My son likes the clothes. Staff was decent though the salesman called me my child grandmother instead of mother when I dont believe I look that old. But he did his best to be helpful with in store purchase but wasnt helpful with an online purchase”

“Outstanding customer service without a doubt. Upon walking in I had an employee immediately greet me & help assist me in finding out what fitted cap size I was (which was my whole point in going in the first place) & what possible merchandise I was interested in & even went out of his way into the back to check stock in a certain cap that wasn’t available in my size out front. Was also very professional in helping me correctly complete my information for the sewing machine that’s an additional charge that isn’t nothing if you can afford it. The employee who assisted me throughout my whole purchase even held onto the merchandise I had purchased for me while I went to BJ’s while they worked on the embroidery I had paid extra for. Definitely gonna be a repeat customer in the future to come. Keep up the excellent work !!”
“I wanted to highlight the employees at this specific location. I’ve been to other stores around the area and the service isn’t always as warm and intended as here. This time around I was helped by Joey and Esteban, one of them helped me gather my son some shoes and he was amazing providing me education on the shoes and differences between them. He was unbothered by our request to try on multiple sizes and was very warming when talking to my son. This made what I thought would be a stressful situation turn into a pleasant experience. We also walked over to the kids section and the other employee assisted me with gathering another pair of shoes for my daughter. He was quick efficient and offered other attachments, and extended help. We left happy, quickly, without feeling overwhelmed and stressed so thank you for that.”
