Went there to get my gaming laptop dust free internally, because of erratic fan noises, my man not only cleaned it and diagnosed what the issue was, but also got it done the same day and for free! 11/10 would go there again, appointment system is worth it, thanks again

This place is hidden Gem in a town. I had to replace my LCD panel for my old laptop so found this place by Google search and I am satisfied! The employee was very knowledgeable and friendly, and price was very reasonable; oh! very efficient communication too! I recommend this place if you have issues with your computers (either Desktop or Laptop)

I dropped my computer and the guy offered to bend back the corner for free so that I could at least turn the computer on. That honesty and generosity will make me come back when I have a legitmate problem.

I rarely make reviews but I had to make an exception this time, espeically when a company can do something VERY simple to save customers a headache. POST ON YOUR WEBSITE THAT YOU ARE APPOINTMENT ONLY!!!! I wasted a lunch break to drive out to your office to see the placard stating no walk ins. Anyone needing a laptop fixed, save your time because they are not open, better yet go somewhere else where logic exists, it is sort of necessary in pc repair.

Pros: Great customer service and pricing.Cons: 4/5 times I went there during business hours they were closed. Which is a headache to deal with if you have a tight schedule. Call ahead if you’re going to visit.

Recently I moved and the movers lost my mounting hardware for my monitor. I called and Anthony told me to come on by to see if he had something similar. Thankfully he did and didnt charge. If I have an issue with my desktop I'm definitely gonna swing by!

The best part is that I was provided with an alternate solution to my issue. I appreciated that Anthony explained what the issue was and how much it would cost in case I wanted to resolve it. My computer was also running slow and he helped explain why and reccomended a few things.

I called to get a quote to have security cameras put all around my house. Ruben came out and we discussed where the cameras would be placed then he left and said he would get back to me with a quote. After about two months of not hearing anything I called him and he just apologized and said sorry I'll get the quote over to you. Again nothing so I called several months after that and I was told that they would get a quote over to me right away. That was nine months ago and I called about three weeks ago and explain the situation and said I'm just waiting for a quote and whoever it was that answer the phone simply said no problem we will get you a quote right away and then hung up. Never asked me my name my phone number nothing. Please do yourself a favor and don't bother with this company.
