The experience was positive during the ordering process. I ordered several over center buckles. To my dismay, I found the quality to be so poor it brings into question the serviceability. I sent a courteous email to customer service "customer care". No response. Not worth the return shipping. Very frustrating. It is also confusing as it contradicts all the positive reviews. Go figure!

If you have a pickup that you have to unload often or every now and then you must also own a Box Unloader. I just love mine. It makes unloading my pickup so dang much easier. Simple and brilliant.
