Didnt know bad until our corporation made a contract with TwnMed. Business advice when you order they dont make item prices available to you. You are practically ordering bling folded then, they shoot you with the price our facilty has a budget of $8,000 dollars a month and all they can supply us with are items you see at the 99cent store seriously. Delivery prices are outrageous and representatives are so rude in all the ways its such a shame how bad customer service they have here and one representative is worst than the other. On there voicemail the girl representative even gives managers number if your calling to make a complaint its like Wow! You get that many you need to include that info on thers. So if you are looking for cheap medical items overpriced, bad customer service, and item quality getting cheaper and cheaper, "out of stock due to manufacturer" on generic medication that has hundreds of manufacturers, back orders on emergency items, and editing order withought customer consent, then this is the place you need to relay on when your patients are in a life and death situation using remanufactured ventilators you rent from them claiming to be new and the ventilator brakes down and the patient dies then twinmed is for you!! Goshhh ive been waiting for this momment hope my reviwe counts you should hear what our other 52 sister facilities have to say!
