Great location! Friendly and supportive customer service. The cargo van was clean and I did the job with transporting my stuff from Norwalk to Downtown LA with no issues.

Even after reserving a truck, and jumping through the hoops from the main uHaul website, upon arriving at the scheduled time and place. I was told that I was "flagged for a safety issue" and they couldn't rent me a truck. I was treated like a leper and given a phone number to call. I called the number and was put on a "brief hold" that lasted ten minutes, necessitating a call back. The second call, made from another cell phone while I was still on hold, was answered right away. (Huh, there's a mystery.) I was given ANOTHER number to call, called that number, and after saying I'd be connected to the big cheese in charge, they sent me to voice mail. I left a message, and then took my business to Enterprise. (They were very nice, efficient and I had a rental in 15 minutes.) WHY I wasn't told about the flag, by any of the three people I spoke with in the process of reserving a truck, BEFORE I arranged my moving dates is a mystery. As I suspected, this flag dated to three years ago when I was rented a defective, unsafe, tow-behind trailer that left me stranded by the side of the road for hours. Because I complained about that, got a refund and Yelped it, seems like today's little power trip was undeserved pay back. The Big Cheese did call me back, was polite and said he'd removed the flag from my name. I was also polite, said thanks and let him know I'd gone elsewhere for a truck rental. The incident with the defective trailer was so nerve-wracking and dangerous, even though I had a hitch installed on my truck back then, for moving purposes, I now lack the nerve to pull a trailer again. I am again reminded, how unimpressive uHaul is both in their disregard for customer safety, and their pettiness. Shame on them.

First thing is I reserve a truck in west covnia. The next thing i get a call from uhaul saying I have to drive 40 miles from west covnia to get a truck. I know the covid thing is going on but to do business at the front door and being handed paper work and the keys thru the mail slot.Then the truck had only 1/2 tank of gas and could not see thru the windshield it was so dirty.Not happy ?

They rent uhaul here, but avoid it at all costs! They have poor customer service and then they claim to "contact you" but they don't and then hit you with "additional fees" avoid this place they are dishonest

Not to happy u haul. Your dealer are not trained on customer service. We rented a u-haul in Beaumont, CA and was returning it here before 11 am the next day. Here is the problem. My wife got a call from this dealer around 630pm about when we will be returning the u-haul. Then she got another call and she picked it up and no one answered. She also called and left a long message for them that night. Then this morning she received two more calls to see when we will bring it back. Our return time is 11 am and they said they needed the u-hall for an 11:30am rentel. In my belief that would be something called harassment u-hall

So i rented a truck and was going to do an over night drop. These people dont have a location to drop off even though they said they did but never at the time of the rental did they tell me...you drop off here... i get a call the next day around 3pm (Had to return vehicle by 430pm) and the lady begins to tell me she needs the truck because someone has rented the truck. She says bring it or im reporting it stolen right now and charging you an extra day and the fee for the other potential renter we have. I told her i would have it there as soon as i got home because the truck was parked in the driveway of my house (notice its at my house because they dont have a night drop off location). She goes ahead and says im calling the cops... all this time shes treating me like a criminal...lady im a paying customer... you have my CC information charge the day, charge the hours, the truck will be there.. this was the 1st time i used this trashy place and it will be the last.... go somewhere else....this place is trash
