I am honestly disappointed by this Walmart. Since it was such a huge store, I was expecting more out of it. I was looking for certain brand of candy that I did find at other Walmarts but they were out, but this store did not carry much of a variety, and I did not find what I wanted. However, this store was nicely organized, and it wasn't too hard to find parking in the early morning.

This is the worst Walmart in the area all the workers there in the returns department act like you have stole merchandise your returning even when you clearly have the receipt they shut you down like if there going to bonus and they can't even answer you correct they just point at there sign there un educated and un profesional this is defiantly a shame

batteries. They were priced wrong. Cashier was very rude and refused to price check the item. When asked to speak to a manager I had to ask 5 different employees before being directed to Michael. Instead of taking my complaint about customer service I was directed to call 1800 Walmart. This store has consistent bad reviews.

-5 stars for this really cheap and poor customer service ever at that tire center .Manager "eileen "ignoring and confusing customers appointments & refusing to even Check the barcode or online info ........ the worst experience I've ever had at Walmart ; DONT RECOMMEND This place at all go to another Walmart tire center , because here "manager " is rude , unmannered & whatever you name it but professional or polite ; please have zero expectations when coming to this place

I’ve been told by a employee in the self checkout area I’ll be right there to help you to open a locked a case to get a key chain out. There is 4 employees standing there, yet no one has came. I asked in the cosmetic department and they said someone in self checkout will help you. I’m still waiting. Now I’m waiting frustrated, what do I do just to get a quick service, I already know what I need. A simple key chain. Literally a $5 key chain. Walmart is definitely the place to get your patience tested

I can't believe we have come to this. You shop and now have to bag your home merchandise if you have your own bags , if you buy there bag they will bag your things . What is the use to even have cashier at this point. They are useless. There store out there that still provide bags at no charge like clothing stores etc. but they want you to purchase a bag and they will bag for you .the other thing about Walmarts now is they lock up a lot of things and have you waiting for someone to come get it out for you and you have to go to a certain register to get it so inconvenience. This is really a shame and now makes me want to go to target and leave them alone cause nagging me own things is not ok at Walmart if I'm not in a self check line, very disappointed

Walmart delivery service takes too long to release pending transaction. If you put down a tip for the driver and fees for bags, Walmart makes sure they "get" their money first and then they take "additional" time to release the funds that weren't used during the transaction. They hold the consumers money hostage until Walmart figures things out. I could be old and dusty and still be waiting for my refund. Thumbs down.

I didn't want to even give a one star but I was forced to in order to post my review. I waited for over an hour for curbside pick up. Customers had to get out of their vehicle and walk up to the door to request for their items and still had to wait 30+ mins. Photo attached was after some customer had already left. Target would never let this happen. Cheap shopping equals cheap service. Felt sorry for the only two employees working. Walmart is a multibillion dollar company and largest revenue yearly and can't hire more employees.

Bought tires online. Got appointment for installation at 1pm. Arrived 15 mins early like it says on the website. It is 3pm and they havn't even started working on my car!

Liz in pick up is the most amazing employee not only at this Walmart but overall in the customer service world. She is willing to go an extra mile for Walmart customers! I had an order that kept running into issues getting to me on time! She went above and beyond! Thank you Liz for your hard work! Doesn't go unnoticed!!!!!! This is my favorite Walmart because of LIZ!!!!!!!!!

Manager sucks customer service sucks They don't even send no one out to get the shopping carts. There are no shopping carts I went in to do some grocery shopping don't know why I did it because they never have everything you need to cook a meal when you get home whoever is responsible for orders is doing a very terrible job. Every time I come in here they never have everything you need to even cook one meal . Wow. They should give you the option to do thumbs down instead of stars

My husband and I go daily to Wally World. Never had an issues with this walmart. Good location and easy to navigate throughout the store.

Very bad customer service they are gossiping bout employees and dnt help you out when you are looking for something enployee manager Michael I asked him a question and he ignored kept back at his gossip like a chismosa will definitely not come here anymore if I can give zero stars I definitely would gladly do it very bad customer service DONT COME HERE they are all chismosas gossiping
