MANAGEMENT AND WORKERS HERE ARE RIDICULOUS !! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER...THE OLDER MEN HERE ARE THE ONLY ONES THAT HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE...THEY NEED TO HIRE PEOPLE THAT ARE WILLING TO WORK AND TAKE CARE OF CUSTOMERS. ! THEY RUINED MY RX AND LET IT EXPIRE AND THEY WOULD NOT TAKE OWNERSHIP OR THEIR ERRORS!!

If you want to have the worst customer experience of your life call here to try to have a prescription filled. Ask for Ruth, the most condescending attitude filled B you will ever endure. RUDE, talks over you and offer ZERO assistance and seems to enjoy it. My only explanation is she woke up this morning and had a big cup of khunt.

The worst customer service they put my call on hold for more that 25 minutes I called back this time 30 minutes they excuse was more customers on the lobby so for them If customer is on the phone call is not important we pay you guys any way this is not first timeI definitely not recommend this place

Worse service ever! I went to fill a prescription and she kept saying the same thing over and over that Medi-Cal doesn't cover it. I told her I understand can you fill the prescription she was so rude like I didn't understand her. I said fill the prescription so I can pay for it with my Flex Spending Card. She started to go on about losing my benefits. Lady just do as I ask. I'm the customer. I asked the doctor to prescribe me Tylenol because I can't buy it over the counter with my Flex Spending card. If you don't like your job and can't do your job which is to help... you should quit

Robin the service manager was unkind and accused me of bringing in a broken oil cap when I tried to get an oil change today all I want was honesty from the gentleman that tried to open it it might of being an accident and that's all well and good but Robin. The manager was so quick to accuse me of bringing it in already broken without even considering my version of the story, I'm indignant as a frequent shopper at Walmart due to this experience I will no longer shop there it take a lifetime to earn someone's business and a second of irrational response from someone in management to ruin a relationship forever please take this into consideration. Moreover Robin said you can file a complaint I don't care Whoa!!! Way to go Miss Manager I'll take my business elsewhere.

Horrible service! The pharmacist was very unhelpful and rude. Kept me (along with other people in line) waiting while she was on the computer and didn't even bother to acknowledge me. By far the worst pharmacy I've been to. Defiantly sticking to my Target pharmacy 100%! This was my first and defiantly my last time here! I recommend others going elsewhere for guidance and support. Don't bother coming here!

If I could rate 0 I would. Every single time I come here there is a problem. Every single time!! Prescriptions are not ready, they have to be ordered. They say they are ready and I Drive here and park and go inside and they say Sorry your prescription not ready. So frustrating. Customer service is awful and nobody looks happy. Go someplace else unless you want headache after headache. Deanna

Employees are not very nice, the lady at the front entrance that check the receipt she didn't check mine, when she saw me a my party she look the other way. The associate Victoria she walk away without telling me she will be right back. I don't understand why people have to think Asain are weak and act like we don't speak English.

This Walmart is so dirty and disgusting, as are the people who shop here. Shopping here is equivalent to riding the city bus. I can stomach the customers but my real issue is the workers. They avoid opening lines to help speed up checkout, they refuse to help you if it is not their department, you can hear them howling and cackling away but when a customer walks by they act invisible and will not greet/speak to you because you just might ask for help. That means they might have to do their job.

I wish I knew the name of the young girl that helped me on New Year's Eve. I've never filled a prescription at Walmart but I'm glad I did. So I caught the flu and my Dr had sent RX to my local pharmacy CVS and my husband called to check status and they said they were sold out and wouldn't get more until two days out. When he asked how can we find a pharmacy to get it filled they didn't want to really help and asked us to call dr to have it filled again :( we called so many pharmacies around town and even 15 miles out and everywhere was sold out. We finally tried Walmart and the girl that helped me was so nice and understanding of how sick I was and needed rx filled. She asked what pharmacy had my rx and said she would call them and transfer to her store. Just like that she got it done and made it ready before closing time on New Year's Eve! The meds weren't going to heal me from the flu but they were going to help me on the road to recovery. This young lady went above and beyond and I'm very grateful for that! Thank you for caring!!!
