Worst customer service 2 bank tellers for 12 people. Two banks tellers who were trying to there job were very slow and slow. The other two were just counting money and pretending to be the bank guard .opening the door and locking the door.

Not pleased with the service here. I dislike coming inside the bank but I was looking for specific increments for gifts. Called ahead to make sure they had what I needed in stock, they did so I went to the branch. Friday morning the line was practically out the door and only two tellers working (two maybe managers sitting on the computers -guess all hands on deck doesn't apply here). Anyway finally get to the window and I've already written down the exact increments and amounts that I want. First the lady (wish I'd caught her name), tells me they might not have what I need, didn't even ask. Then the manager or whoever behind her says that they do have it and asked how much I needed. Then the teller proceeds to tell me my figures are not write says she's calculating a different amount, I clarify for her and she says oh ok (my figures are correct), then she does it again (my figures are still right). Asked for new bills she says she doesn't have them. Doesn't bother checking anywhere else besides her own drawer. Asked for a money band, she says she doesn't "think" "she" has any, never checked. At this point I look behind me and the line is back out the door. She's using the machine to count my money (it wasn't that much) so I couldn't see the increments. She puts it in envelopes (thank you for that). After running the rest of my errands get home to put together my gifts only to find out after all of that (giving her a written not and verbally asking), she didn't give me the bills in the increments that I needed/asked for. The WF on Greenleaf has much better customer service and at least tries to get the requests right. Felt like this teller didn't want to fulfill my request from the beginning and ultimately DIDN'T.

How disappointing . What was once o e of the best well kept banks in SFS, has become a dump. Trash everywhere, drive up ATM constantly down, and most recently graffiti everywhere. There has been gang writing on their wall for over a month. I notified them on March 5th 1 week after it's been led there and to this day it still there. There's also graffiti on the actual ATMs as well which tells me this place might not be a safe place to patron. What a shame

Thank goodness this branch is open once more! Extremely quick at moving you through a line. Showed up and there was 12 people in front of me. I was in and out within 15mins. 100 times better customer service and tellers than the other branches.

Worst customer service ever, I deposited cash on the ATM branch outside bank, the ATM got jammed and only gave me way less than the amount of what was deposited, I walked into the bank and they were not able to assist me, the teller said I would need to make a claim over the phone, wait time was 60 minute ,once the call went through they clicked.This is outrageous and ridiculous.

This place should have a sign out in front to let their customers know that they're completely closed. There's a tiny paper sign on the door that you can't see until you park your car and walk up to find out the branch is "temporarily closed". Wells Fargo has absolutely no consideration for their clients!

Vanessa is such a lifesaver!! She helped me with a wire transfer that needed to be received by Tuesday and was notified just Friday night. With such a short notice from escrow, my fiancé and I turned into panic mode as we both work during business hours. Without hesitation, I decided to drive to my local Wells Fargo & Vanessa was not only able to assist me but maintained such a polite tone and kept asking if I was doing ok throughout the entire process!!! Today Monday got a call from escrow stating my end has been meet. Thank you so much Vanessa, glad you're in the position you're in to assist others with grace. Highly recommend this location for all the great customer service.
