We visited our local store and bought a beautiful white dress for my daughter's graduation. Our associate was very sweet and helpful. However, the dress is such poor quality that one of the straps ripped while she wore it during her ceremony. I have emailed customer service to no avail.

I was looking for a real store location to shop and my this is the first one closest to me. Called them just to make sure they sell clothes there and they said that, this is just a corporate office. No retail to the public. Good thing I called.
