Worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. I tried to arrange a delivery window but they told me no, you get what you get and we'll just call you 30 minutes before and let you know that we're showing up. Why would they want to waste their time trying to deliver a washer and dryer if I'm not home to receive it? Terrible customer service too. Said there was no one available to talk or arrange a time.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. One of the worst delivery company ever. They were supposed to deliver my refrigerator between 10am - 2pm. They sent a message the day before with the delivery time and that they will contact you 30 min before arrival. I never received a call. No one rang my door bell. And I checked my ring camera and no one ever showed up at my location at all. This driver needs to be fired for lying and stating he showed up when he never did and I have proof. I called the customer service line afterwards and they stated no one was present for the delivery to take place and that I would need to be rescheduled because I wasn't available according to the lying and lazy driver. NOBODY will help you!!! Stay away from this company at all cost. No one will help you at all.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. They were supposed to deliver my bed between 10am - 2pm. They sent a message the day before with the delivery time and that they will contact you 30 min before arrival. I did NOT receive a notification, the driver did not leave a message and left. The office called me afterwards that the delivery needs to be rescheduled because I wasn't available. NOBODY will help you!!

I’ve been waiting weeks for this delivery, the driver showed up and called, left less than 10 minutes later, lied that they stayed for 15 minutes and wouldn’t stop when I was running chasing them down the street. Now I have to wait another week for them to reschedule. Macy’s uses this company and I will never shop there again because of this experience. Stay away if you can help it.

Ordered a Washer/Dryer set. Got emails and text messages saying it was supposed to be delivered on Dec 1. Moved my day around to be available.Got a call this morning from Stephanie saying they are scheduling me for another day. Obviously this makes things inconvenient. She was rude and difficult.They also don’t let you request any sort of delivery window. So now I have to take off another day to get this delivered.This is not how delivery of appliances has worked for me in the past.

I had been waiting the whole time during the delivery window, it was supposed to be from 10 am to 2pm. No one showed up even 3 hours after then. I tried to call the number shown on the tracking, and the recording message still repeating the same delivery window. I used the live chat, that guy told me they are running late but without providing a new estimated time or window. My order seemed disappeared in the air and RXO didn’t even give me any update.

There is no service, they don’t care about business!! 2 times they scheduled to pick up the boxes and pushed time frame for late and never came to pick up!! I wasted my 2 full days waiting for them !!!! The worst experience that I ever got!!!!

I had a Peloton treadmill scheduled for delivery November 5th. As soon as they arrived they said they couldn't deliver my item to the second floor, they needed a third body. They were acting as if they never delivered to the second floor... They informed dispatched and they suggested leaving the treadmill in my garage. I was not okay with leaving it in my garage not knowing if and when they would be able to come back to bring it up. As one of the delivery guys was leaving, he stated to his partner that I REFUSED the equipment..I didn't refuse it, I just didn't want it in my garage. Dispatch (I think her name was Anna or Annita) called me and let me know that they would be calling me back this week to schedule the delivery for this week...I get an email today stating that my delivery is scheduled for December 16! Over a month later!!! Had I agreed to leave it in my garage, would it be sitting there till then? I'm at a point where I may cancel my purchase because of how unprofessional this company is.

Unfortunately if i could give this review 1/2 star i would. On my 2 week scheduled delivery date 2 hours late the delivery truck pulls up at my apartment. the driver gets out of the truck and takes a look at the entry way to the apartment building. He then took out his phone and took a picture of the 5 stairs leading to my apartment. He then gets back in his truck and drives away. he statuses my delivery with an exception that I was not home. Well i was home and was watching him from the moment he pulled up. now after speaking to customer service. they tell me i will have to wait another week or so before another attempt. The driver was obviously too lazy to bring the refrigerator up 5 measly steps, and then lied. this was a $2000 purchase from a month ago. purchased through Sams Club shipped from Samsung. I have heard a lot of horror stories about delivery companies but this senseless act of pure laziness with no concern for the customer is the worst. i can tolerate a mistake but blatant acts of deceit ? NO .. all i have gotten from XPO logistics is a run a round filled with a lot of excuses and apologies but they can not deliver 1 refrigerator. i have email every entity of this company that i can find. i will also update all social media platforms to alert consumers of this. i wound up canceling my order and will re-purchase from a retailer that does NOT use XPO! BUYER BEWARE OF LAZY EMPLOYEES

If I could cut a negative 0 I would. I currently waiting for a refrigerator for over 2 weeks. I took off of work twice for them to not call. Now they want me to wait another week. My fridge is on a truck that they keep loading up. I waited until 9pm yesterday because they promised they would show up. I call no one can help. The resolution specialist can't help or are in a meeting. NO ONE CARES. SHAME ON YOU.Just got in touch with XPO and now they are acting like they can't hear me. I have all my bars . The driver lied and said that no one was home but they have to submit pictures that they were at the house or front door. No pictures are in their system. Again. they have proof of the lie but want me to wait another week.

If you are coming here their entrance is off Ann st, going to have to park it and walk to the gate so they may open the gate, check in by dock 19 so you may figure out where your going.

Said my delivery was between 2:40-6:30. Called at 7 told me they were running late and wouldn’t be here until 10:30PM. I was pretty skeptical of course they didn’t show up No phone call nothing. Next day I call them they have no idea what happened and I will have to wait for the scheduling office to call me to reschedule. Worse service ever…..Responded to their request for my full information not to be told that they now have just received my item and will call me to reschedule. No one has called me. Seems like someone would have wanted to correct the problem when it occurred when they DID NOT SHOW UP

Nice dudes here.Trucks coming from I-605 can take Slauson Ave to Santa Fe Springs RD.Truck Entrance is on Ann St. and it's going to be a *WIDE* turn into the lot. Like from the other side of the street. Be careful.Lot is pretty tight. Be patient and move slowly.
