Worst service I’ve received in a long time. I wish I got the employees name. I will be making a complaint to management. She sits at the front desk and about 4 to the left when you walk in. She was so nasty and rude to me that I’ve decided to switch insurances off the one interaction. I went in to ask some questions I had regarding an accident. She talked down to me and told me they will be dropping me for an accident I was found to not be at fault in. My car was parked in a parking lot and got hit. She was so rude and condescending I’m not sure how she gets away with that there. Please take your business elsewhere so you don’t have to deal with her nasty attitude.

I visited this AAA location recently to get an international driving permit ahead of a trip out of the country. It was super easy to go in same day without an appointment. We waited about 5 minutes before we were called to a desk and the whole process only took about 10 minutes. Super quick. This particular office is in a shopping center with tons of parking. Their staff were really friendly and we were in and out really fast on a Saturday. Definitely recommend to have peace of mind while out of the country if you'll be driving!

The worst car insurance I've ever had, they don't tell you that if you cancel before a year they charge you a fee for doing it, I don't recommend this company they steal your money , don’t trust !
