The installer was knowledgeable and friendly. He placed the CAT5 in the eaves for concealment. The phone customer service was also excellent.

The installation went well and the transfer of our existing service to Advanced Wireless was smooth! The service works well for us, no burps or dropouts experienced so far.

Going to be as honest as I can with this review. This provider is good but not great. It works with everything like legitimately everything, including video games, movies, etc.. The one thing that I’m not happy with at all is the fact that it’s not exactly reliable. You have no clue how many times I’ve had to email a teacher asking for an extension because for some reason it’s always cutting out. Now, I don’t know if it’s just a regional thing with the local tower, but it is getting extraordinarily annoying. For a good 30mins-1 hour it just cuts like completely goes down and this has been happening for the past months. When you pay for something like this I’d rather be paying for something reliable than something that cuts for an hour every other day.

Customer services has been amazing when comunicating with the office to get prices and get everything set up for instalation. Tech came out today to install he was very polite and knowledgeable. So far our family is super satisfied considering we have internet that will allow us to stream on more that one device at a time

I'm not trying to hurt a neighbor, but Advanced Wireless charges $224/mo. for its service that promises but rarely delivers 50 meg service. The speed averages 25-30 megs down (about what HughesNet delivers) and it is down at least once a day, even if briefly, with 12 hour+ outages at least once a month. The list of excuses for outages is long: -- It's cloudy and the site runs on solar panels. (Why don't you have generators?) -- We're being vandalized by competitors. (Ever heard of a fence?) -- It's the weekend and we didn't know the storm would be so bad. -- (Usually on Friday evenings.) We can't get anyone out till Monday. -- And on and on. You get the picture. My opinion? This company doesn't have the necessary capital to provide reliable service. I don't expect perfection. No company has 100% uptime. But this is the worst I've experienced since the early days of the internet here. As you can see, I have ordered the hardware from Elon Musk's Starlink (a division of SpaceX: www.starlink.com). Half the price of Advanced Wireless, Impulse, and others with reported speeds of up to 384 megs down. That's more than Spectrum gets in cities! The people at Advanced Wireless are nice. I've spoken to them all at least once, it seems. Best of luck to them going forward!

So glad that Santa Ynez has finally hootenanny some competition in the area of wireless internet! Lower costs and higher level of internet service. Half of what we were paying!! Yeah!!

From my first phone call to installation was just two days. Cristin was courteous, and worked efficiently until the installation was complete.I've yet to reach the advertised download speed, but I'm confident we will get there.
