“We were very happy with the purchase of our new refrigerator from Idler's. Our sales person, Rob Scott was very helpful, the price was comparable to the box stores and the communication regarding delivery was great. We received a text about 30 minutes prior to that actual delivery and could track the delivery truck. Roberto did a nice quick job of bringing the refrigerator to our house and checking for any issues. Thank you- I highly recommend purchasing your appliances from Idler's!”

“We had an ongoing problem with a laundry washer we purchased in August of 2022. We had the repair person come out on 3 occasions. he replaced all the parts on it but, it still would not work correctly. We contacted Whirlpool and Idlers (Santa Maria) directly. I was routed to "Lucy", I explained the issue and she assured me she would help by reaching out to the manufacturer. She insisted her and I were on the same page and, 3 visits by the repair person in under a years time is far to many, this was a new unit and it was a lemon. Lucy asked me to give her a few days to work the issue and what we were after was a store credit so I can purchase a new unit. Within a weeks time, Lucy called me. She stated i will be getting a store credit and I can come down as early as that upcoming weekend to purchase another washer. I went down to Idlers that following Saturday and was in and out with a new Speed Queen. it arrived that following Tuesday, I couldn't be happier, Thank you again, Lucy, for making it happen! We will be back, very pleased with the effort Lucy put in to get us the credit but also the short time it took to get us the new washer.”

“Not bad and not good, but obviously better than other stores that sell electric supply. Clean and good organised store, highly professional staff, very knowledgeable and friendly. Convenient parking and pick up gates. When I was made a purchase there were no 2 pole breakers (30,40,70amp). I hope it was accident. Because I want to make a deal with good organised and highly professional company like CES.”

“I’ve been purchasing appliances here for over 2O years, my children and now grandchildren have all been customers too. Their repair services are reasonably priced and have excellent customer service skills. Always have the parts handy needed to fix, washers, dryers, refrigerators and freezers. They even come out in the rain; my washer needed repair; it was pouring rain, they came out and fixed the problem in 20 minutes. Best prices in town. I haven’t purchased a new appliance in years…..always go to Tuffy’s first. Care, TThank you Tuffy and your amazing team ??”

“Great selection. Why do most plumbing houses not like helping home owners? Are they too good for us? They almost seem offended when you ask them a question. Mist of the time they seem like they give the most vague answers. Kinda funny!”

“I was walking around looking at tvs and nobody helped me for a while till I went to go get this guy named Steve and his service dog I forgot the dogs name but he helped me with the specific details I gave him and he got me a tv! I got the membership but I think his service was the best nobody helped me and I was with my son so I needed to get in and out and when he helped me I did!”

“Went to our local Home Depot to have 4 keys made and buy flooring. I was able to find a sales associate quickly, who was able to copy my keys and was very nice. Then I was able to get the last 8 packs of flooring I wanted, score! It was a quick shopping visit and I was feeling like a snack and they had my favorite chips at the checkout counter, double score! Lol. Perfect place to get what you need and you can even use self checkout for a quick checkout.”
