“Purchased and installed a new KitchenAid dishwasher. Excellent service, courteous on-time installation. PS We have been dealing with Idlers for many years, even before they opened their store in Santa Maria. Always excellent service and maintenance when we needed it.”

“Not bad and not good, but obviously better than other stores that sell electric supply. Clean and good organised store, highly professional staff, very knowledgeable and friendly. Convenient parking and pick up gates. When I was made a purchase there were no 2 pole breakers (30,40,70amp). I hope it was accident. Because I want to make a deal with good organised and highly professional company like CES.”

“Tuffy and his trusted Quality Assurance sidekick to the rescue ; ) Cant say enough great things about Tuffy and his appliance knowledge and the great customer service from the entire team. Our Kenmore oven stopped heating and a family member referred us to Tuffy. Called and left a message on the machine at 9:05am, got call back about 45 minutes later from their office lady and she informed of parts and labor price up front and asked if we wanted this repair done today. She stated Tuffy would be out at a few jobs in our area so would be here today. He showed up before lunchtime which was way earlier than expected and went right to work taking care of all our appliance issues. Don't hesitate to call Tuffy's as they will take care of you and I am sure Tuffy has the know how to handle any appliance issue thrown at him. Thank you again Tuffy!!!”

“Great selection. Why do most plumbing houses not like helping home owners? Are they too good for us? They almost seem offended when you ask them a question. Mist of the time they seem like they give the most vague answers. Kinda funny!”

“I recently had an incredible experience ordering windows for my project at this Santa Maria Location. Julius Ford, was an incredible help. His knowledge, patience and dedication to serve at his best was nothing short of remarkable. Would 100% recommend asking for him for any assistance. Its not often you work with people who sincerely want to help you not because its their job, but because they are sincere and helpful at heart. Combined with his experience and knowledge, he is truly a blessing.”

“Went to our local Home Depot to have 4 keys made and buy flooring. I was able to find a sales associate quickly, who was able to copy my keys and was very nice. Then I was able to get the last 8 packs of flooring I wanted, score! It was a quick shopping visit and I was feeling like a snack and they had my favorite chips at the checkout counter, double score! Lol. Perfect place to get what you need and you can even use self checkout for a quick checkout.”
