“Their very capable team did a Control4 and home theater sales, installation, and total house audio/video wiring in new construction two years ago. Yes, it was expensive but the system has worked well, and was less expensive than a bid from another subcontractor. The components he provided were competitively priced and cost effective. Brian was very good at suggesting components that maximized quality for the lowest expense. They have the ability to monitor and troubleshoot the system off-site, which is very convenient, as we are located over an hour from Santa Maria. Brian is very patient walking you through diagnostics and responsive in providing service and repair. Highly recommended. Feb 2018- Almost 4 years after installation, Brian is still very responsive to questions. He has provided gratis help by phone and email since the instal. So far he has not required to return for repair, either using remote diagnostics or talking me through repairs. Great service!”

“I don't think Cricket is doing all that well... I live in AG and the closest store 12-15 miles away in either Santa Maria or SLO since they closed the local store here months ago. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. There phone selections were limited. I wanted a Motorola Edge (2022) and had to purchase one from Best Buy first. It took over an hour to transfer my contacts, photos, and calendar to the new phone. Fortunately, Duncan Donuts is right next door!”

“After having a mediocre experience with big brand tires I decided to get new tires at Costco. It took a few days for my tires to arrive and the appointment took about 2 1/2 hours. Staff was friendly, efficient and the new tires perform much better than the old ones- big brand which lasted only 15k miles. Costco will also rotate, balance and repair flats at no cost AND the tires are filled with nitrogen which stabilizes the tire's inflation pressure more efficiently than regular air. Just another way that Costco makes our lives easier.”

“So sorry to see so many negative reviews of this particular store. I live across the street and have been coming here since 2016. I now admit that I should've written a review long ago. Although I may have had some uneven experiences in that long past I have to stand up for the current crew and say they've always been respectful and acted with genuine concern and a sense of urgency to get each and every customer served and out of the store quickly and with all due courtesy. In fact I witnessed a difficult customer disrespecting them tonight but witnessed that they responded with kindness. efficiency and tolerance. Much more than she deserved and much more than I would've given such a loud and disagreeable person in any encounter. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with the many visits I've paid to this store in all my years of going there. The purposefully pleasant customer service provided in the face of the horrid manners faced by the employees tonight prompted me to write this review. I only wish I had taken a minute to tell the world about the good experiences I've always had here in the past before now. Kudos to the crew of my 7-Eleven on Stowell.”

“I just got a new stereo in my 2013 Dodge Charger!!! I went to all the places in Santa María to get one but they all told me that for this year of car I cannot get one because it is an old model. I was already giving up, this place “ULTIMATE SOUND” was my only hope, when I got here I was told that it is difficult to put a stereo in my car but not impossible the employe there was very kind. They ended up installing a stereo in my 2013 Dodge car! Very happy for the friendly service 10 out of 10 for sure. 100% recommendable. They also tell you what other problems your car might have and they are there to help you right away. ??”
