If I could leave no stars I would this bank is the worst bank in the world. They charge their customers for so many fees and have the worst service. They will rip you off over and over. I tried to cash a check from a Bank of America customer. Cost me 25 dollars. Took me two hours

The ATMs at night are well lit. Flood lights throughout the area that cover beyond the machines, extend into the parking lot and also a variety of dark spots that are well that could hide individuals. I appreciate the extra lighting and the clean ATMs.

I came in wanting to get further information on a transaction , Leoni the teller while assisting me was extremely rude. As soon as I asked her if she can pull up my account she basically told me to get on my app and do it on my own and mentioned everything I see on my app is going to be the same things she sees I told her i understand but if she can just double check on that specific transaction she then raised her voice and told me I was really rude I then let her know that she was being rude and what shocked me the most was that she then looks at the teller next to her and asks "am I rude?" And walks to the printer comes back and throws me a bank statement. Very very unprofessional and rude will be switching banks asap. Manager needs to speak with her because I'm sure I'm not the first or last to have a bad experience with her.

Long customer wait time (14 to 16 people in line while I was waiting. Honestly!). Asked other bank staff if they could open a window. Said they weren't tellers. Five people sitting in their glass offices (Merrill Lynch guy literately had his feet up on his desk). Bank manager couldn't open a teller window. He said that they were short staff, but that they were training new people. (it was 4:00 pm on a Friday, and only two tellers!) Since they closed the B of A in Morro Bay, I've had to take my mother to SLO for her banking needs. This is ridiculous! B. of A. took 20 billion dollars in federal bailout money (TARP) in 2009 and ten years later this is how they treat the tax payer's / their customers. BTW: When I go to my banking institution, if there are three people in line the Manager opens a teller window and waits on the customer herself.

If you like spending all day long waiting in line in a bank On top of that there is a dirtiness about the place. There is no one to greet you. There is no customer service. It is like banking in a 3rd world country.

Horrible customer service. Rarely is there more than 2 tellers, even during busy times....very long wait times. Band Manager acknowledges the problem but is not able or willing to do make changes. Even getting the Manager to return a call is next to impossible. Customers are not important and they just don't seem to care. There are many more local banks that have great customer service and very short lead times.

This is the worst bank in Santa Maria. Go in for a simple transaction and you can wait in line for 20 to 30 minutes. They can have a line almost out the door and they will have two tellers.

can't say much about service for a loan but it's easy in Easy out if you need cash ATM in front in the tellers are very helpful, polite and friendly. It's about expectations.

All B of A banks deserve minus 10 stars. I went in to deposit $300.00 cash into my friends account. After a 25 min wait in line, I was informed the DO NOT ACCEPT CASH DEPOSITS. Really. Not like I was laundering money. Unfortunately I have to buy a money order, then return to this HORRIBLE Bank. Just reminds me why I stopped banking with them 40 yrs ago. Hey B of A, bring in more tellers and stop being so Cheap. Oh, and go back & learn Customer Service skills.

They have no merchant window. The merchant line is their "lowest priority" line the second lowest priority is opening more teller windows and hiring competent staff

So if there were a need for negative stars, this place would fit the profile. Slow service and understaffed I had my car smog'd faster than this place.
