A business owner this is worst managed bank on the central coast. I could never have a "manager" just walk around and not really help the customers. If they are truly in a management position they should be able to open a teller window, to help get the customers out faster, to be able to get back to their business'.BE BETTER, STOP Blaming people not wanting to work, you are only open for 7 hours a day, m-f.Wish there could be ZERO Stars.***FOLLOW UP*****As you can read from the owner of B of A, they would rather you use machines than pay or even teach humans to be kinder or work with customers. They have the staff to help the customers in the lobby but that staff "can't open a teller window" to help process transactions that cant be done at the ATM or on-line. For example cashing petty cash checks to help run a business.So, once again I ask that you as a corporation BE BETTER FOR your patrons!

If I could leave no stars I would this bank is the worst bank in the world. They charge their customers for so many fees and have the worst service. They will rip you off over and over. I tried to cash a check from a Bank of America customer. Cost me 25 dollars. Took me two hours

The sign on the door show time from 10 to 5. Pm. I get there and is close. How could it be possible with all the precautions they took and still not working regular hours. For people who work from 9 to 4.

called to get my name changed on my credit card and was told I could go in to any financial center to do so. I prefer to not send documents with my ssn on it in the mail so I drove the half hour to the nearest financial center only to be told they will only change my name by appointment only. super frustrating, I would've had no problem making the appointment had I known.

I keep getting emails about a positive balance I have on my EDD card. So I thought I’d take the time today and see what’s still on it. The teller was stubborn and condescending when I asked why he couldn’t pull up my account. The emails came from BoA the card was issued through BoA. He insisted on repeating the same line as if that was explaining it to me. Dude gave me a phone number to EDD which ended up being a wild goose chase.After a brief google search, I found that Bank of America card services handles all of that. I was on the phone for less than 5 minutes and got everything handled.So either the teller was improperly trained, or he didn’t want to work so he sent me on a goose chase.Moral of the story, don’t bank with these jaggoffs

Was sent to this branch on the app to get there and it is closes with no notes as to why even though the door hours say they are open until 4 PM; we got there at 2:10 PM. Had to drive back to the other side of town, huge waste of time and gas.

Went in for some coins and obviously the side conversations are more important than the service to the client. Teller printed receipt twice and then stood to the side of the other teller to get change and continued conversation like if there wasn't a line of clients needing to get helped. And just to top it off I get called another name, doesn't your screen tell you who I am when I punch my code from inserting my card. Every time I go inside it makes me want to change banks even more.

Husband came In and wasn't greeted, they waited 30 minutes to let him know they weren't taking anymore people , I was on the phone with him when asked what he needed he said to replace his card then asked for ID, he pulled out his wallet and I guess the staff member saw his EBT card and in a snarky way said "it's not for your EBT card right?" Like b**** obviously he's at fukin Bank of America he's there for his Bank of America card lmao racist a** b**** lucky they didn't answer all 18 time I called them!!! She has a fat mole on her crusty a** lip

Now this Branch is closed in the middle of the week in the middle of thier posted hours.. BofA, this is an outrage. I have tolerated this branches nonsense for 6 years, I'm closing my accounts and going back to just using Navy Federal again. You guys need to give this branch manager better support and if you are then I of need to replace them for all our sakes. Horrible branch !Update, Iast review. I'm the Owner of a number of Businses to include minority interest in other projects. I want to speak directly to the CEO of BofA. (Brian Moynihan: 1.5 Million a year plus 24 Million in stock grants = 24.5 Million in 2020 tital salary! ) We pay you that. Do you care about us (your customers)? Here in small town Santa Maria or is our market to small and off yout bottom line radar? If it is then please just close the two branches before we all leave and your forced to close from loss of customers and poor reviews. It is starting to hurt your brand country wide because of social media. Or you can come down here yourself and fix it! It's your job . Do your job. Please.

This is been my bank for over 40 years, lately or at least last year they have provided me with very bad service.The lines are long and the waiting, only a few people working inside makes your trips to the bank very unpleasant.Just like others considering moving to another bank will be the best option, this bank for what I have seen they are not been very careful in following safety instruction with the virus.I would like to see this bank to turn around and reorganize and provide professional service to their clients but is not happening.At this time I do not recommend their services.
