A female associate on Sunday March 24th around 4:00pm working the cash register was unwilling to help my elderly parents and I with locating a microwave. When inquiring about a product she claimed both her phones were dead and that we can do it ourselves. After that, we decided that this Best Buy did not deserve our money and decided to go to the Best Buy in San Luis Obispo. Do better SM Best Buy.

Customer service was not great. I couldn't find anyone to help me and the item I wanted was locked up. Ended up leaving by the store.

I was walking around looking at tvs and nobody helped me for a while till I went to go get this guy named Steve and his service dog I forgot the dogs name but he helped me with the specific details I gave him and he got me a tv! I got the membership but I think his service was the best nobody helped me and I was with my son so I needed to get in and out and when he helped me I did!

Great service from the installation crew. However when I went to pickup item from pickup they didn’t know where the item was. So appears coordination amongst departments need to be improved.

Was in there and the short guy with the black shirt just looked at us like in a rude way . Like if you're security I get it you have to look tough but at least great people instead of standing all together just talking . You guys make people not shop here . Bad customer service. My partner was standing near you guys to ask a question and he didn't want to interrupt your "conversations" with the rest of the employees and you guys didn't even acknowledge him. Be better .

Poor Christmas return policy!! I couldn't even get a store credit with receipt for a lightning cable and fast charger, both in unopened boxes. Bought on December 20 and tried to return January 23rd. No Christmas shopping at Best Buy next year.

Came to pick up my curbside order and waited over 30 min and i was the only car for a while. No one came out till another customer went in to see what what going on with curbside or else we would've been waiting even longer.

Great customer service. Arturo was super helpful and made my day. Thanks for having great people like him.Update: We purchased a new Samsung refrigerator and it was delivered by another phenomenal employee Israel Ceja and his partner. Super kind. Super efficient. He fulfilled Best Buy's 6 point pledge in every part of the installation. I would adopt all your employees and enjoy them as part of my family. Rock Solid Best Buy!!!!

It is very obvious that store management does not care about how they treat their customers. Just look at all the poor reviews. We should up for a geek squad appointment and nobody was at the desk. They finally called someone over and she eventually showed up from another part of the store. She proceeded to tell us that they got the appointment wrong and that they had taken someone before us so they couldn’t take care of us anyway. Do not buy anything from this store or have anything repaired here. It will be a bad experience!Update (11/09/23): I tried contacting the store today and their overseas call center, that I was forced to talk with, told me there was no way to contact the store directly. The agent sent an email asking someone to call me. I never heard from them. I stopped by the store to talk to a manager and there was no manager in the store. I have now emailed the GM. it will be interesting to see if they respond.Update: 11/21/23No one at BestBuy has contacted me. It is very evident that they do not care about customer service. It is such a simple thing to reach out to a customer and hear them out.

Oh my gosh the folks at this Best Buy were so helpful and customer oriented. I came in to get a replacement cell phone protector and I was shown nothing but amazing service from the time I got there to the time I left. I highly recommend this location — all of the staff are extremely accommodating. You’ll be pleasantly surprised.
