Excellent selection in a clean and spacious setting. Staff is friendly and helpful. It was nice to find my Ariat jeans without having to buy online.

This is amazing place to get, wait for it, boots. But they also have a large selection of hearts and other western wear. The staff is super helpful.

Terrible customer service tryed to get a size exchange and the kid made a mistake and the manager was pretty much its your problem now. They were going to mail me a gift card and they couldn’t give me a simple exchange for a smaller size. Trash! I ended up just keeping my shirts I ordered online so I didn’t have to deal with them. Zero help if there was zero stars that’s what I would give.

Terrible customer service last two times I went in. Girls up front need to stop having conversations with each-other and actually acknowledge their customer purchasing their item. :))))))

The staff was very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. They are also freedom loving Americans. One of the rare businesses I will support. We had an opposite experience with Carr’s Boots, so thank you.

My parents purchased $330 Tony Llama boots for my son in September. Within a month the soles were wearing down, then one began to peel away from the boot itself. I took them in and initially was told they could not do anything about it even though they were only 2 months old! When my mom learned about it she called and talked with the manager.. they argued that it was wear and tear and ended up replacing the boots but not without one of their associates first accusing me of lying and completely insulting me all while the manager just sat there watching. She claimed that the boots would have not done that unless there was excessive wear. They are only 2 months old lady!!! He should be able to do back flips in them for 2 months straight without the kind of wear that they had... ESPECIALLY for $330! Walmart boots would hold up better! She was horribly rude. I didn't even want new boots or money back.. only new soles which they do not offer. $330.00 boots should have a longer life span than 2 months I DONT CARE WHAT YOUR DOING IN THEM! So beware... boot barn does not back up their merch. I was told that by many in town and stupidly shopped there anyway. But that's okay, my family, friends, & myself will never darken their doorway again . I will also share my experience with as many as I can because according to the rude blonde at boot barn who believes they never sell anything that could be defective... the customers are lying. Save yourself the time, money and headache and shop elsewhere.

There is a large selection of boots, work wear, and western wear. With that said, the store is overcrowded and poorly organized. The customer service is terrible, there are plenty of employees to help but they don't. Employees will look at you and walk past with zero attempt to be helpful. This together with the poor layout make for a terrible experience. I would only recommend this store as a last resort, as there are similar stores in the area with much better service.
