I came into this store to have a ring repaired. The young lady behind the counter promptly looked at the ring and determined it was something she was able to do on the spot while I shopped. I have been deciding on a replacement wedding band for my wife and I can tell you without a doubt this is where I will spend my money! Even though I didn't make a purchase this visit, the young lady behind the counter and I believe the owner's daughter (I'm terrible with names) made me feel welcomed and not pressured. What a great jewelry store and people working there!

I've been going to CB Hood for over 20 years, and they never disappoint! The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. The exceptional customer service keeps me coming back year after year. I highly recommend this store!

Very nice Jewelry store. Lots of beautiful jewelry many options. Went in to sell 6000$ worth of jewelry and was told they could not make any offers. I am definitely disappointed especially with the banner advertising outside claiming they will buy jewelry. Guess you have to walk in with a million dollar piece just to get an offer. Went to the jewelry store next to big five and they were able to make a reasonable offer. Please don’t take this ina bad way. This jewelry store is very nice. Just not the best at buying jewelry back. It’s probably not there main thing they make profit on anyway. Cheers guys . Very nice store still!! If you want to buy. Buy here.

Michelle and Courtney were awesome, I came back home to visit from Kapaa HI and they were able to get my ring redone and appraised in a short time and it is beautiful and now I will be able to wear it all the time. Mahalo ? CB Hood

Saw this place on my Albertsons visit. Decided to see if they could fix my watchband that broke after a motorbike accident in December. Found out that the pin connecting the bracelet to the lug of the watch was broken. She replaced it and everything worked perfectly. Great friendly service.

Deseree and the staff at CB Hood could not have been more helpful. We brought in a gold cross that was damaged. I was extremely impressed with the work that was done.

Did business with CB Hood Diamond Company today and was assisted by Courtney. I can not say enough positive things about my experience! Courtney was professional in her assessment of my gold and diamond items and very patient in answering all of my questions. She was courteous and very friendly. I have done business with many of the other jewelry and gold businesses in the county and by far find CB Hood to be the "gold" standard! They are fair, honest and helpful. I recommend them highly ..... a 10 out of 10!

I took my engagement ring here for its first ever cleaning and I am so so happy I did! Staff was so kind and explained so much about my ring that I didn't even know, specifically short and long term care. I also brought in a necklace with a broken link that they kindly fixed. I highly recommend this local, family business!

Had my ring sized today and by this afternoon it was ready to be picked up. I was so happy that I can finally wear my wedding ring, and it shine so beautiful and it fits perfect. I want to think Brandon from CB hood for such excellent work I recommend this store to everyone. He also worked on my husband ring we highly recommend this place.
