I love this gym. I have been training with Kenna for about a year and a half now and I have never felt stronger in my life. She’s a rad trainer and makes working out fun. ( I really don’t like exercise ) The gym has a chill vibe with super friendly and welcoming staff. The other people that work out there are awesome too. If you’re looking for a gym to help you stay healthy and happy this is def the gym for you. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I have been working out at this gym for over 2 years, and I have to say it is the best gym I have ever been to! The semi-private training classes are perfect because the experienced and knowledgeable trainers are able to give attention to each individual, watching for proper form as well as the appropriate amount of weight. I also love the atmosphere because everyone who trains here is super encouraging and friendly. I NEVER dread going to work out. In fact, I look forward to every single workout because it is so enjoyable. Most of all, over the past 2 years, I have noticed a huge improvement in my strength and flexibility!

I've never been one to enjoy working out, but working out makes it so make more enjoyable. I've definitely gotten stronger in the time I've been coming. The coaches are great and the small class sizes mean you get more attention from the coaches. There's a wide range of ages and size of people in the classes so its much less intimidating than other classes can be. It's also nice that there are so many class times available. I would highly recommend C.O.R.E to anyone.

I have not been in a gym in over 10 years after I had an injury from a personal trainer that put me in the hospital for a couple of days. Casey has been slow and steady getting me back in shape and renewing my confidence. I feel better then I have felt in years. Also the other people that go are great and always encouraging.

The personalized training provided by C.O.R.E. has greatly improved my balance and mobility; I'm more flexible, I'm standing taller, and I'm not as fearful of falling. My exercise sessions are worth every penny and as I tell myself, I'm worth it!

C.O.R.E has provided a comfortable place to become a first time gym member. I have never enjoyed the traditional "gym atmosphere" but C.O.R.E is different. The individual guidance and small class size is great. After knee surgery, I was provided modifications and encouragement to get back to pre-surgery strength. The trainers are awesome, I highly recommend.

I’ve had quite an a few injury’s. Since starting C.O.R.E. Casey and his team have worked with my abilities building a workout that works for me. I always get a great workout and look forward to being there. I’m able to participate in an active lifestyle and I know it’s because of the great exercise programs Casey and the team put together.The team pays attention and they always have an alternative method if an exercise is not working for you. They pay attention to details and are fun to workout with. If you want a great workout without getting hurt this is the place.

I highly recommend CORE. My physical therapist recommended them to improve my overall conditioning. Casey did a great evaluation of my overall conditioning before I started training. The workouts were upbeat and very effective. I definitely saw improvement after a few weeks. They are the best trainers and facility in the area!

One of the things about choosing a fitness/conditioning center is the center's ability to encourage and incentivize continuous participation, as continuity and feedback is integral to improving and maintaining ones fitness into old age and beyond! C. O R. E. Is just what is required for continuing good health and improved coordination and conditioning. The staff is congenial supportive and all have a great sense of humor - something that is absolutely necessary when clients are being required to push themselves to improve their health on a regular basis. The facilities are spacious, well maintained, clean, and definitely client friendly! The owner and training associates are all thoroughly professional and possessed of a great sense of humor! In other words, once you are a member, you become a member of their extended family, and positive results are assured, if not guaranteed! Their approach is based in a firm understanding of exercise physiology, and nutrition. Staff is there to encourage and cajole when necessary, and they all celebrate our improved health and positive both trainers and owners taken interest in client progress, and appropriate and needed social interaction outside of the gym is not only encouraged but is designed to develop a sense of comradery and belonging which makes attending to one's physical well-being a group process. More fitness businesses could benefit from C. O. R. E. Attention to detail and a supportive environment. I would not hesitate to recommend C. O. R. E. Robert Yoshioka

Working out at CORE has helped me recover my strength after having two kids and has helped me improve my everyday movements while keeping up with my little ones. I love how I feel after completing one of their workouts. Can’t recommend them enough!

This location is immaculate, and the equipment is well-maintained. Casey and his staff are extremely knowledgeable, welcoming, and have really helped me reach my fitness goals. I can’t recommend them enough!

C.O.R.E. fitness definitely takes training up a notch. I’ve had a few trainers. They all have their strengths. However, until I tried C.O.R.E., I wasn’t aware of what a trainer could help me achieve by truly understanding the limitations of my individual body and working around them to help me achieve my goals. When I expressed my concerns to Casey, the owner, that I had some limitations I needed to work around to get bigger, faster and stronger, he put me with Kenna, who has a ton of experience and education, and is an athlete with substantial credentials. I have only been working with Kenna for a few weeks and I can already see gains in my endurance and strength. I can see that, with consistency, I will be accomplishing much more. I look forwardto every training day, and can focus on the work, instead of my limitations, because Kenna is always on top of my form. I recommend CORE without qualification. Check ‘em out.

I have had 1 on 1 training by both Casey and Kenna for the last 4 months. Goals are to rebuild strength after a complete shoulder replacement, improve balance and overall fitness and lose some weight. The results have been slow and steady and I feel that both trainers listen to me and build a custom workout to meet my goals.The 1 on 1 works best for me as it guarantees my form is good for the wide variety of exercises we work on twice/week. And the fact they are very nice and thoughtful people just makes the whole experience outstanding.I am 65 years old and getting better every week!
