“The engine light on our rental car came on (by some incredible good luck) about 1.5 miles from the Santa Maria location, the car barely made it there! We were greeted by Nicole H and she made exchanging the car so easy and smooth. The first car she gave us actually had low tire light on and she quickly exchanged this car for another car! Her service was excellent. That the cars are not in good condition or well taken care of are the responsibility of the managers & mechanics. This needs to be addressed by @avis.”
