Omar is amazing!!
I’m good with education jargon, but know very little about auto jargon.
Omar helped guide me through all the things I asked and was able to expand his help and guided me through the things I didn’t know to ask.
Omar was able to find things that were hard to find at other shops.

I’m loyal to Carquest (Advanced Auto Parts) for their competitive prices, good return policy, and availability of parts I need. That being said I used to go to the Arroyo Grande location which was pretty good. More recently I moved to Santa Maria from Nipomo and with gas prices the highest they’ve ever been I’m not trying to drive to AG for car parts. So I was about to go to Autozone for subpar service but I found out there is a Carquest location on South Broadway! I went in confident I’d get what I need and that I would be in good hands being that I checked the reviews out before my trip there. They all praised Steve for being the life of the store, quick, knowledgeable and friendly. They were all right. While the staff at this location may be sparse at times due to employees calling out sometimes, Steve and his team get it. The other day I went twice in one day because of the great service! They even skipped their lunch one day to keep the customers content. Great folks over there and now I have a new favorite car parts store.

Been going for years!!! I like QUALITY parts. Especially for OIL CHANGE. BRING your own quality filter. THERE IS A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FILTERS. They filter better. KIKO, KNOWS a lot on older cars. Only fault? Sometimes they ignore customers in store , everyone on the PHONE.
