I was in the process of trying to find a matching chain to my pendant from another necklace. I was told originally that they could help me put the pendant onto the chain while I purchased it. However, while I was paying, I got told by another associate that they cannot help me because they were too busy helping other customers yet there were three employees and one of them could have helped. I felt very disrespected and that they had refused me service. I will never step foot in this place again.

Kate was super friendly I came in for a gift yesterday around 7:30. I was looking for a specific item an she went to the back and got what I needed and ended up restocking the area . I was so appreciative that she took the initiative to look.

They charge $100 for two ears piercing but if you only want one single ear piercing they will charge the same !!!

their stuff is so cute but not the best service. my friend and I were going to get our second lobe piercings here on impulse and were nervous because it was a random decision but we were both excited. we were going back and forth on which earring to get since we hadnt gotten a piercing in so long, went and told the only girl we saw there that we both wanted the piercing and she was rude?? she immediately told us that she saw us being indecisive at the front of the store while looking at the earring options and that if she pierced one ear and we "freaked out" and changed our minds we'd still have to pay for the piercing. we had both decided by that point and of course we would have paid.. we asked about getting stainless steel and she went on to remark how some girls come back "all mad because their ears got messed up" from an infection from the nickel in it. she was just off-putting during the whole interaction so we left, weird service, wouldn't have minded if she had been at least a little friendly about it and im sure we would've ended up getting the piercing
