Ugh. I have tolerated the poor service at the Main St. CVS pharmacy because the location is convienient but stick a fork in me I'm done. I've dealt with the cashier loudly asking me about what birth control I'm picking up, everyone in line got to hear that. Then there was meds a new doctor prescribed my son that should have been flagged because of an allergy yet got through the pharmacist and today I waited forever in a line and presented a savings card because my insurance doesn't cover the med. The clerk walked it to the back and I had to wait in another line just to be told the card wouldn't work. Okay, I'll pay the cost but he scoffed and told me to go back to the original line. I should have at least been able to go first or he could have easily rung me up at the second register but they don't care AT ALL about customer service. They always act like they are doing you a favor. So third line and another 10 mins later I picked up the very last prescription that I'll ever get for my family from this extremely unhelpful and rudely staffed pharmacy.

The pharmacist are extremely rude lady kept hanging up the phone and wouldn't let me finish talking. Asked to speak with the so called "manager" and he defended her by saying he assumed the conversation was done. Lol can't believe they even have a job very unprofessional. I was in such need of my meds and they made my experience very unpleasant I will be contacting corporate! I wish I could leave 0 stars.

Awful, anti white nuts. called cops because they thought i was loaded. cops were not happy.This place is a nightmare for Americans... now set up for illegals. the place is dirty and hate filled. if you are white steer clear.

I will no longer use CVS Pharmacy because they do not value customer loyalty. Sean and Peter were the dynamic duo at the East Main location. Today I went to get my prescription filled and It would be filled in an hour. So I came back in 21/2 hours to wait 20 more minutes with only one pharmacist to be told sorry they didn't have it. When I asked the pharmacist to find it I was told to go to the back of the line. I had to wait 20 minutes for one customer and yet no courtesy call, no customer service. I found another pharmacy that had the medication and CVS billed my insurance for a prescription they never filled. Instead of having medication as needed, I am without prescription medication that I am required to take every day because CVS is not only incompetent, they bill insurance for prescriptions never filled at the cost of their customer's health.

CVS always has what I need and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Never have to spend much time in here because for the most part everything is always in the same place.

went to pick up my rx today. since fda has recalled some losartan called to ask who was the manufacturer before going to pickup. saw the label attached to the bag that said name of manufacturer and said mfg pkg yes awesome..... but when i got home in generic bottle not in mfg packaging. no way to check lot number without original bottle very disappointed!!!! staff friendly.

I don't know what to say for all the bad reviews because my experience is always so pleasant. I've been going here for about a year and had a Rx filled 6/26 and for some reason it was out on hold and not filled by the time I got there on 6/27. I never got the text saying it was ready so when I got there I wasn't surprised it wasn't. Oh, and I even got a courtesy call for all the other 2 meds I automatically filled that I hadn't picked up! Anyway, the pharmacy tech was awesome and told me it would be less than a 10 min wait. Super nice dude and he apologized over and over for it not being ready. People make mistakes but I'm glad they were willing to help me and correct them right away.
