Why do you guys have the check in in the cvs app for vaccines so we don't go to the counter but then you guys don't even check and I was just sitting there right now for 30 minutes and no one came . And then I checked the pharmacy and there was only one man working there . I just left .

This Cvs store has one of the rudest cashier. I don't know here name but she was an older lady with blondish gray hair and had the worst attitude. Each time she rang up my items she heavily tossed my items. I don't know what her problem was but damn women get your stuff together and learn some customer service skills. I will not be back to this Cvs.

The personnel at this store and pharmacy are rude and unprofessional. The pharmacist was particularly unhelpful and only one staff member made any effort to assist.

I have been a long time customer of cvs pharmacy. We are traveling and went to get our prescriptions after we were told that the cvs system would allow us to go to any pharmacy.What we found was rudeness and lack of care. Like the extra steps to help us was beyond what they wanted to do and we were a bother.I don't usually get offended, but this was definitely what I felt.This pharmacy, specifically Marcos, should be trained on their system and especially how to treat their customers. I will take all necessary steps to never come back.

Spoke to a very nice young man in pharmacy on June 8 at 11:54 am. I didn't quite catch his name but I'd like to show some appreciation for going above & beyond in helping me with my daughter and my rx's. Thank you again.

They refused passport photo services to me because my daughter is an infant & they don't "do" infants . Who even says that. He didn't even try to see if she was willing to cooperate he just said no

My wife and I are senior citizens - came in to shop but also needed to use their restroom I asked a clerk up front for directions to the rest room and she rudely refused us. She was blond and looked middle aged but not very helpful. My wife works at Rite Aid - they always allow customers to use the restroom. Never come back here again.

I hate this cvs Pharmacy I avoid it at all costs I get all of my prescriptions Instead at the CVS on East Main both closer to my home as well as with a lot friendlier Pharmacy staff. I called to get my prescription transferred to my preferred CVS and the girl had an attitude and gave me a hard time like she didn't know how to do it but more like she didn't want to do it. I let her know if I have to call my doctor to resend it to a new CVS I'm going to need her & her supervisors name and all of a sudden it was a 2 second fix and she sent it over to the other CVS.

I prefer going here than Walmart or even sometimes Target. They are friendly here and you can get in and out quicker. The location is good too. I especially like the pharmacy and the workers. They all try very hard to be quick and accurate with my prescriptions. I even got my flu shot here and it was painless. I would give five stars except sometimes, they are understaffed and the wait can be too lengthy. And there is generally quite a long wait to talk to a pharmacy tech when I have called. All and all, a good place to shop and get prescriptions.

The automated answering claimed prescription was on "auto-refill", but it is now 2 days late. (I should not be missing a day). I called to talk to the pharmacy; they closed leaving me on hold.

I have been to this CVS a couple of times and have been totally dissatisfied each time. Both managers are completely rude and have no idea how to handle customers. I buy ALOT of makeup from CVS and if something is not the right color for me, I need to return it. Considering I had my receipts, you would think I wouldn't have a problem, but I did. I had a couple of different returns with different receipts and they had to get manager approval to do a return. On one of the receipts, I had the same product that was on the receipt that I bought from CVS but they scanned the receipt, then scanned the product and said it was not found. She wouldn't even give me store credit. Another time I had been and one of the managers gave me a problem while making a return and I told her the other CVS would do it and she asked me if I wanted to go to the other CVS. I feel very uncomfortable going into this store to make returns, however if i have my receipt there should not be a problem.

horrible place... bought a ben n jerry's ice cream came home and had frost bite all over it and you could tell it melted and was still put in the freezer the 1st picture will show you the frost bite and the 2nd shows you how dark the bottom is from melting and re-freezing it....
