Alissa was a great cashier and had amazing customer service. It’s nice when you get that now a days in this era of disgruntled customers are “Karen’s”. Very helpful when things rang up wrong. I shop here often because it’s closest to my house and usually I have to help the cashier but now they finally have a cashier that does her job correctly.

Ugh. I have tolerated the poor service at the Main St. CVS pharmacy because the location is convienient but stick a fork in me I'm done. I've dealt with the cashier loudly asking me about what birth control I'm picking up, everyone in line got to hear that. Then there was meds a new doctor prescribed my son that should have been flagged because of an allergy yet got through the pharmacist and today I waited forever in a line and presented a savings card because my insurance doesn't cover the med. The clerk walked it to the back and I had to wait in another line just to be told the card wouldn't work. Okay, I'll pay the cost but he scoffed and told me to go back to the original line. I should have at least been able to go first or he could have easily rung me up at the second register but they don't care AT ALL about customer service. They always act like they are doing you a favor. So third line and another 10 mins later I picked up the very last prescription that I'll ever get for my family from this extremely unhelpful and rudely staffed pharmacy.

This visit unfortunately they didn't have what I need for our son. However I do understand it's flu season and every where is sold out of cold meds.

I went to get the COVID vaccine, the service of the man who was giving it was very bad, with a bad face and very bleeding until about 15 minutes after I was there waiting, he asked me if I had anything to do with it.

Cvs pharmacy is my favorite brand because they got it all. Great customer service snd pharmacists, online prescription management with easy pick up options and have your prescriptions delivered to your home! You earn perks on things you buy and clip coupons for automatic savings when shopping online.
