The website says this location develops film from disposable cameras but when I asked the lady she said they don’t, then she said we’d have to ship it, then she told us to go to Walgreens. Mind you, we were standing right next to the Kodak kiosk, I just needed her help but I guess it’s hard for her to do her job. Will be going to Walgreens I guess.

This CVS is really dodgy I am sorry to report. The store is missing inventory left and right. Apparently there is an exceptionally high rate of theft here which doesn't make me feel all warm and fuzzy. The clerks blame everyone else, but I didn't see anyone trying. The pharmacy does its best to accommodate people and are friendly. But that doesn't offset the unsafe feel of going in....

This is the worst CVS I've been in. I gave them grace during covid, hoping things would improve, but they haven't. I only go when I have to pick up medicine for my parents/elderly relatives. What I have observed is a very messy store, empty/disorganized shelves, stacks of boxes in the aisles for days at a time, the CVS pharmacy never picks up the phone (I have been in the line at the pharmacy and could hear their phone system telling them they had calls & the staff completely ignored it). The kicker was when I was able to switch my aunt's prescriptions to another pharmacy, CVS refused to forward the prescriptions, even after a call from the pharmacist at the new pharmacy.

They never ever have the shelves stocked here. It's highly an inconvenience to the customers. I'd recommend going somewhere else and not waisting your time.

Huge parking lotNearby phone store, grocery, cigar shop and donut store.Today(Tuesday) I. Had a younger female clerk assist.The nicest way I can put this is she could use some extra customer support training asapRolled her eyes for just asking questionsStore needed stocking as well

Store manager Leslie is incompetent of taking care of issues at the store corporate needs to re train her or fire her there plenty of other people that can do her GED experience work Waste of time speaking to her couldn’t even work a register yet she’s in charge of taking care of the store

CVS is very inaccurate for making proper Covid-19 vaccination appointments. Very long story, but to summarize; they are incorrect about what vaccines they actually have at each location, as well as whether walk-ins are accepted. Neither online when I made my appointment, nor customer support who supposedly confirmed my appointment and vaccine type gave me correct info. I basically wasted 3 hours of my day.This whole thing involved making an appointment for Moderna online, getting confirmation of a Pfizer appointment, calling CVS and supposedly having that corrected, traveling to the 1st location, being told that they only have Pfizer, but if I called the location across town, they have Moderna and can do a walk-in. Calling 2nd location and being told they have appts but I could only get in if I made another appointment online. Going home and going through the entire process again and noticing that they no longer have appointments available but they do accept walk-is. Calling back and again being told appointment only... I cannot do this on a week day as I work out of town and had a reaction last time so I need to do a Saturday so I can recoup Sunday.When it was all said and done, I was unable to get the correct vaccine and I now have an appointment at Sav-On in a week.

Open during indicated operating times. Had everything I needed. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Check Check. Check. Boom. A couple of sketchy characters hanging out in the dark by the Glacier water machine. Strip mall owner could add more lighting, especially since CVS is the only business in the immediate area open late.
