Lousy agency. Tanya V sent me on an interview (which supposedly went quite well), but never followed up with me. Never called, never replied to any of my emails. As if the interview never happened. She simply dropped the ball. It was the most rude, careless, and unprofessional thing I've ever experienced. Tanya has no business being a recruiter or ANY sort. She's the worst. The absolute -- WORST. And this is NOT an isolated case, BTW, as you will find numerous other such reviews elsewhere related to the Santa Maria branch of Volt.

I will give 0 stars because when I went there last week and guy work there say will email me application and he f****** never do it since last week because I am disability? How rude those people.

I was sent people not qualified for the position, in addition to that they sent me someone who's reference told them "she has a chip on her shoulder and is not a team player". Wow, then I was told that doesn't disqualify that person? I don't get it, when I tried to approach regarding the matter they did not care they want their money!!!
