The Goodwill Retail Store & Donation Center in Santa Maria offers a wide range of used items, from clothing for the whole family to electronics, books, paintings, dishes, small appliances, and some furniture. The store is generally well-organized, and customers often find a variety of items at reasonable prices. However, some customers have reported that the staff can be less than friendly, with one employee in particular, Jose, described as seeming disinterested and not offering any assistance or gratitude to donors. Additionally, some customers have found that certain items, such as jackets, sweaters, and long-sleeved blouses, are priced higher than expected for donated goods, and that some furniture is in poor condition. Overall, the Goodwill Retail Store & Donation Center provides a decent selection of used goods, but the customer service and pricing could use some improvement.
They used to be so nice when you donated items, now they don't say anything or even thank you? They don't seem to care if you bring something fragile, they have you toss it in a bin? Won't go there anymore...

Dropped off goods but no one there to help. Unloaded them myself. One lady came out and said to put them in a bin but did not offer any help.
