“Went to local T-Mobile store to check the price for Home Internet service.
Was assisted by Abby, who told me she was tired.
I chatted her up to see if it would help her energy.
Abby rallied her strength, and thereafter was able to engage successfully during my shopping journey at T-Mobile Santa Maria.
She patiently explained the reasons she was selling me a 5G plan, even though I had told her when searching for my address results on the T- Mobile site, I found out the location of my new apartment was only eligible for T-Mobile light.
Abby went into detail as she described the differences between T-Mobile Internet plans between the 5G plan and the T-Mobile light plan.
I liked how Abby emphasized if my Internet wasn’t working satisfactorily, I should come back and ask for her at the store.
With that vote of confidence, I signed up for the $55 per month plan.
I felt very comfortable with Abby’s matter-of-fact sales style. She didn’t pressure me for services I didn’t need, which was greatly appreciated.
Instead she presented her information in such a way that I felt relaxed and at ease.
I enjoyed my shopping experience at the Santa Maria T-Mobile store.
I’m a long- term T-Mobile customer, so it was great they extended an affordable Internet plan. Most important, I have been assured by T-Mobile’s sales representative that if something isn’t working, to come back and let her know. How great is that?
