The website was a little confusing and the when ordering the descriptions were not very clear. For the money, I think the printing could have been better. It was a sticker and it was put on slight crooked. The trophy components were adequate but the shipping, the only way to receive Jay Cee' trophy's brought the price up too high.

Asked to engrave a zippo for my son in western theme they said no problem only need two days to get it done took it to them on a Tuesday didn’t get it back till Saturday then got simple block lettering so I guess you get what ever they want very disappointed.

Absolutely best trophy and award store I've ever used. They went above and beyond last minute for me. They wouldn't even take extra money for the expediency. They also allowed me to pick up my order on Saturday after store hours.

Our business has used them for years to make up plaques and trophies and they have always done an exceptional job. The workmanship is flawless, the pricing is great, and the service is wonderful. I recently ordered a specialty plaque last minute, they got it done for me right away with no extra charge, and it was lovely. We wouldn't go anywhere else.
