“We had been talking about remodeling our master bath for the last three years. A few months ago we finally decided to do it. We were lucky enough to find New Life to help us make this happen as painlessly as possible.

Our initial contact was with Paul, the general manager. He came to our home and after examining what room we had, he explained to us how much it would cost and how long it would take.

We next met with Cassandra, Carly and Paul at New Life’s show room where they assisted us in choosing our layout, cabinetry and shower. We were also given a list of local merchants to help us choose our tile, countertop, sinks and fixtures. Furthermore they handled the ordering of our selections and stored them until it was time for installation

When work finally began, David, Wayne and Erik were the construction crew. They were on time, professional and knowledgeable. They kept us informed of progress and consulted with us on placement of various material.

Perhaps the area we were most pleased with New Life and their staff was their communication. We were kept up-to-date on every aspect from beginning to end and if we had any questions they were always just a phone call away.

“This place was an absolute life saver! We went to all of the home improvement stores here and town looking for a sink. We needed a sink immediately as our countertops were being installed and the sink we ordered online from another retailer was cracked when we opened the box. I was so bummed.

Home Depot & Lowe's only had stainless steel options and none of them were what we were looking for.

We stopped by KB Plus with our fingers crossed hoping they would have something in stock AND THEY DID! They had exactly what we were looking for. A white composite sink with only one basin and 33 inches wide. Literally it fit like a glove.

The woman who helped us was so kind and helpful and even let us take the sink to our house before paying to make sure it fit and it did!

Their price was also way better than what we saw at Home Depot and Lowe's. Great value and great service.
