Be careful. One of their lenders Emanuel Rocha who works in the Santa Maria Ca. area is the most dishonest person I ever met. Stay away from this person.

I have done four home purchases and countless refinances in my day and this was the easiest process I've ever had by a long shot!! Maura Estrada was my lending officer and she was amazing! She put up with all my panicked phone calls about rates rising and dropping. I honestly cannot say enough good things. I would highly recommend Maura and Loan Depot. It was fast, even with the crazy refi frenzies when rates dropped, and they were able to access all of my documents electronically...saved me the anxiety of having to search for docs and fax or mail. So, so easy. I hope to never have to refinance again, but if so, I am caking Maura at Loan Depot.
