Ordered a new refrigerator. Waited 2 weeks for delivery. Supposed to come between 8-12. No call. Spoke to a person at the store. She said it was coming, but could not tell me when, could not contact the driver to ask. Fridge showed up at 1:00 It was dented on front door so we refused delivery Tried to get a manager on phone but they were all "in a meeting ". Left a message for a callback but did not hear back.

Had a good amount of items, paid for a bag. Card went through. Oh ya we are out of bags. So I say I'm out .10 yes. No sorry nothing. Can I take my stuff out in a hand basket no.. well guess what it's only .10 but it's the point. Horrible service.

The problem with Lowe's home improvement department, is they don't have an installation department. They contract installation out. So you can buy windows, doors, etc, but they won't be installed. Worth it to pay more an go to a place that they actually install. My windows arrived in my town on 1/9/23. Today is 3/22/23. Still no installation date. All I get is someone will call you back, and they NEVER do . . . . .

Love it, they have a variety of a selection from patio furniture, kitchen, flooring, everything you can think of. Friendly great workers are the extra plus.

If I could give -10 I would give Lowes customer service and appliances installation that! The store staff is very helpful but after the sales the installation and customer care is horrible!!!! Everything I bought all 5 kitchen appliances were installed with nothing but trouble drama and problems! Horrible experience and I don't recommend them delivery or installation.

I was looking around totally confused so Isobel in the paint department called me over "whatcha looking for?" I showed her pics on my phone and she said aisle 39 on the left the last bin. WOW! She was amazing! Another consumer in the store agreed! I get over there and need help so I found Cav who has outstanding knowledge of the store and my needs. I found exactly what I needed for my garbage disposal and new kitchen sink items. What great customer service! I've always preferred this store to the HD where no one really helps you. Thank you!

I did a simple order to pick up at my local store here in Santa Maria. I walked up to the pickup counter and was kindly greeted by Sophia. She got my item, noticed it was dented and dusty, and offered to get me another one that was in better condition. While she was getting the item, I was asked if I needed assistance from two other employees. So, well done on your customer service. Sophia was a pleasure to work with. Thank you,Matt

Poor service and just found out their return policy is 48 hours for a microwave. We live 45 minutes to the closest lowes. Bought a microwave and it was too big for our counter space so boxed it up and tried to return it a couple weeks later when I had time to drive 45 minutes again. No store credit or return allowed. Home Depot has a flexible & friendly return policy so will be staying away from Lowes.

This is the very worst place for contractors and business People . The pro desk has the worst follow up. Completely forgetting about orders and never returning phone calls . Justin Leberto is suppose to be a supervisor and I cannot believe the disrespect I received from this store . I had routinely asked for deliveries . 5 different times it was a no call no show . Taking time off work to be there for deliveries and they never showed up . After speaking to Mrs. Ortiz the store manager she assured me that it would never happen again . That didn't last very long the very next delivery still didn't show up . Everyone points at Each other . They completely lost my French door estimate , did not save me in the system. I feel the leadership in this store is the very worst . They do not care about the customers. At all

I purchased a refrigerator. Lowe's in Santa Maria always seems to have what I need in inventory. Today, there was a minor hitch in the delivery from Santa Maria to San Luis Obispo. 100% my fault. Angel in the appliance section jumped in and in minutes fixed my order. Easy. If you need an appliance of any type, call Lowe's in Santa Maria and ask for Angel!!!

On 9 Oct 2021 I went to Lowe's to look at countertops for my bathroom. We decided to purchase countertops for our bathroom and the guest bathroom. We were told that the price included installation, which is the reason we decided to go ahead with the purchase. My wife wanted the countertops installed before Thanksgiving. We were told that there was a three week backlog but were reassured that they would be in by Thanksgiving. The contract we signed states that the installers would call within 3 days of receiving the order. Our first call was on 20 Oct. At that time we were told there was a 4-6 week backlog. We were also told that installation did not include demo so we would have to do the demo. This is definitely the hardest part of the installation. Finally in January 2022 we were told that they had our material and would come out 15 February to make a template and 23 February to install the countertops. On 15 February we were told that we had to cut 5/8 inch plywood to go under the countertops. Normally that wouldn't have been too difficult but since the original purchase I had an accident and fractured L2 and my coccyx. My son who helped me cut the plywood has a broken arm and had surgery to repair it. After the templates were made they called from the installers (in Bakersfield) and asked if they could come out on 21 February. I said that would be great. They came out on the 21st and partially installed the countertops. They didn't have enough material to complete the backsplash in my bathroom. They made an appointment to come out yesterday but called to let me know that their truck broke and would come today. They came out today and again partially completed the installation. This time they told me that they were told that we didn't want backsplash under the counters (they called them risers). They took down our mirrors, which wasn't necessary, and didn't replace them when they finished. This whole fiasco has been one nightmare after another.
