Never ordering anything from Lowes again. I've had my delivery date rescheduled 5 times. I've taken multiple days off work only to receive an email the day of stating, "your delivery date has been changed". Now I will have to take even more days off work for both the delivery and the installation date. I ordered the oven 3 weeks ago and I was just now told today that its a "special order" item. Unacceptable and inexcusable. Terrible service and handling.

11/24/2023 at around 4pm I went to pick up an order using your curbside pickup option from your store order # 925321537, I was loaded up but I was worried about leaving with the tailgate open. Nonetheless, I went on my way feeling secure that everything was secure especially because one of the guys that loaded the truck said to me “that stuff ain’t going nowhere.” When I arrived home to my surprise everything was gone I went in the store hoping I get some kind of discount on replacing the merchandise but I quickly was sent on my way so I messaged customer care hotline and I was told I would get a call back in a couple of days. I am still waiting on that call, Lowe’s really showed how much they care about their loyal customers! Thanks a lot Lowe’s

I have been to the Santa Maria store several times, and every time I go, the staff is very helpful. Also, the items I've looked for, are always available or will be in a few days.

I'm typically very impressed with this business. Especially over going to home depot. the customer service is almost always better than them. however, today, on my visit, on the 15th of November a very rude older gentleman named Joe helped me. I let him know that his behavior towards me was unacceptable, and then he argued with me about how I was rude. so I'm just here to make a review and say that Joe is the rudest employee I've ever encountered at your store. And that is very unlike your customer service. So I wanted to be Heard. there was also another employee witness. If you would like a statement from him, they know who they are. I will also be calling corporate to complain about Joe because like I said, I don't typically get this kind of service and it was absolutely unacceptable..

I was at Lowes to day at 940pm left my light on car battery died the employee came out to help me jump my car there amazing and there very helpful in the store too thank you Lowes team A++++

Recently had to get rid of a 7 month old brand new Maytag fridge due to possible rough handling by delivery people from Lowe's. Fridge temp was warming to 60 degrees, freezer stayed cold. When the appliance person we had to pay to pick it up due to possible coolant leak that was making my eyes/throat burn I asked him where the compressor was, he pointed to bottom left of fridge in back where the metal panel was buckled outward, as if it had been dropped hard on the ground. Repair people from Maytag didn't make an effort to fix it after 4 visits, never once pulling unit out from wall. Took forever to get it delivered since Lowe's kept pushing delivery date back (3 different dates), so I had to keep calling the store to ask where our paid for fridge was. Bad experience.

Thanks Thomas :)I needed some boxes but there weren't any in sight, I asked a man who was in the paint section, he went and looked for them but they were on top of the shelves.He went to bring a mobile elevator but it did not reach the top, but he did not get discouraged and went to bring another larger machine,He was very kind and took the time and effort necessary to help me.his name is thomasthanks to the fact that he did not ignore me and did what he had to do so that I made my purchase and left satisfiedI'm going to stop buying at homedepot, today I asked a homedepot employee and when he didn't see the boxes he just told me that literally'if you don't see it there isn't'

First I'd like to say I always appreciate the military discount at Lowes.I bought a faulty inflator from them and the return process was a breeze with receipt in hand.Locating the extra 6 on hand seemed to be time consuming. According to the 1st associate, they weren't were they were supposed to be. I even tried looking in the overstock area to no avail. After a while another associate came and said they found them elsewhere. I repurchased the new found one and tested it after I paid for it. Alls well

I spent an hour looking in the sprinkler isle while there were multiple employees walking thru the isle and the same thing in the fastener isle. When I finally found something in the sprinkler isle that I thought I might need, I couldn't find what I was looking for in the fastener isle, I went to pay and there was a long line at the self check out and not one cashier open. I ended up going to OSH found exactly what I needed with the help of one of their employees and paid and left within 15 minutes. Would have been a shorter visit if I didn't talk to the guy that helped me so long.

Wanted answers about wood planks?? Finally, was approached!! Thought the guy wanted to help?? Seemed, disinterested!! Was corrected on my lack of knowledge about wood! I just said THANK YOU!! NEVER MIND!! HE really didn't want to help!! Rather go TO Home Depot.

Good luck finding what you need, let alone anyone to help you find it.And, if you're not disabled, an expecting mother, a vet or driving an EV you will likely have to park 100 yes away
